In this video we take a look at my Honda express NC 50 I’ve had this bike pretty long time it’s been stashed at the back of the workshop and at the back of the garage at home about three years ago I decided to see if I can get this little bike to do 50mph with a new pipe 70cc kit ,new carb & inlet and carbon read valves and now she’s a little ripper we take her for a little spin do some burnouts Ang nearly get flipped off it. I promise I’ll grow up one day #GrowingUpIsATrap.

*MLM honda express intake with fender mounts - mikuni VM18
*malossi E12 air filter for dellorto PHBG air filter
*mikuni vm 18mm clamp style carburetor
*boyesen dual stage power reeds "MOD" for pa50 pa50II camino nc50 na50
*rear tyre 80/80-14 /heidenau

Sounds beautiful. I've just built a PA50 with a ported Suzuki Address cylinder(fits like a glove with proper gaskets) in it, a polini pipe, modded CVT and a 20mm 4 stroke Keihin carb. Sounds the same and twists itself at top end like that. Great build man!

These bikes only work when they want to I swear
Here is what you do to get them running.. New Battery, Clean Gas tank, Fuel line, Petcock and get new petcock and filter. Clean Carb very well. A little starter fluid and it should fire right up..
Have to ask about your 70cc head conversion. Any info about where from, part number etc & did you have to mod other things because you changed it?? Any info helpful, please.

I have a green 78 express. It only does 26 mph. It’s drives me crazy I can’t keep up with traffic. I’m going to try to do all these upgrades. Could I do this with stock reed valves still in the bike ? I put some new ones in a couple years ago.
Hey , yep stock reed are fine , stage 1 : 70cc big bore kit + drill jet & cut open stock exhaust and remove baffles & weld back , up help a lot . 38 mph ish . And I only cost price of big bore kit . Ps : always wanted a green one !

I would try a different tire up front, IRC makes a nice one you should check them out.

If you can rev it out you need higher gearing.
This thing definitely need another gear, they did make a two speed gearbox which I’ve been trying to hunt down for awhile 🤞
