This list shows seasons that I have the most fun with and which seasons I am willing to rewatch at any moment; the higher the season on the list, the more I'm willing to rewatch it right now. THESE ARE NOT OBJECTIVE RANKINGS.
To prevent comments asking why this list is what it is, here is not in-depth explanation:
*S1 and S4:* The best ones. Almost no complaints. The only reason S4 is below S1 is villain Karai.
*FF, BTTS and S3:* Fun seasons that I have issues with. _FF_ is the most lighthearted one, which I appreciate after S4 and S5. Plus it sticks to one theme (future); _BTTS_ is the last season of the show and I have fun rewatching it, trying to guess what would've happen in S8. It's also more grounded, compared to S4-FF, and finally gave Don a character arc (and no, SAINW didn't gave Don a character arc, stfu. Learn what character arc means). Plus, it has only one magic episode and the wedding episode is my favourite of the show; _S3_ is there not because FF and BTTS are better (there are not). It's because it has more of the things that I dislike/hate about the show in general: "Triceraton vs Federation" and Magic.
*S5 and S2:* The most boring ones. _Season 2_ introduced a lot of stuff into the show, that I either dislike or hate: "Triceraton vs Federation", magic (yes, I really hate magic) and Ch'rell's survival of TCRI explosion. And I find Triceraton, Battle Nexus and filler episodes extremely boring. The reason _Season 5_ is higher than S2 is because the entire season is magic, so it sticks to one theme. Plus, I really like Tengu Shredder

Love Seasons 1-5 the most, 6-7 were interested in the sense that they tried to go somewhere new, but to me that was where the series jumped the shark with it's tone, direction, focus, humour and art style shift. I did really like Turtles Forever though. The 2003 series will forever be my favourite version of the Turtles 👌
For me personally the series jumped the shark when in S2 they revealed that Ch'rell survived TCRI explosion and didn't provided any explanation on how he did it.
It established to me that writers can do whatever they want without providing any explanation.
I'm actually baffled by how many people don't have a problem with that.
Perhaps they wanted to try something new, sure, but I disagree that was the intended direction. In my opinion, the change was so drastic because of the previously established gore and explicit imagery, as seen in Stockman's transformation through the first few seasons. I could imagine the toy sales didn't meet the expectations as well, so that could also explain the new approach in regards to the art style and humour, maybe both. And yeah, '03's my personal favorite as well.

I know I asked this many times, but can you make a top ten fights for each turtle based on your opinion? And maybe some best fights on your opinion on some of the major supporting characters and villains, like Splinter, Karai, Utrom Shredder, Casey Jones?
Ooh, good idea. But I need to refresh my TMNT 2003 knowledge/memory first, because I became rusty in this department.
If you know fight scenes that you consider the best for the character you can write it there.
Even now I know what I consider the best Mikey fight scene: it's when he 1v1 Cyber Shredder
@@slendertentacle well, one of the best scenes in my opinion is that one scene in shredders throne room where the turtles fight the foot elite and splinter beating hun without his robe and saying “it ain’t over till it’s over.”
Don't forget the fight from "Shredder Strikes Back pt.II" in April's shop back when the turtles weren't as skilled - the turtles barely survived that encounter, they owe their shells to Splinter (who himself struggled against the outnumbering Foot Soldiers, Elite and Shredder), and most importantly - Casey, who busts in with style with his chopper, all like "I've never seen a lamer party in my life!" 😂😂😂
I knew you didn't like season 2 but I never imagined you would give it an F. Isn't that a little harsh?
For me it's the most boring season, that also introduced a bunch of stuff that I don't like/hate about the show in general:
1) I don't care about Triceraton vs Federation stuff no matter how many times I rewatch the show, even if I try my hardest to enjoy it
2) This season introduced magic into the show, which I REALLY hate (I don't count Foot Mystics in S1 because they were never explained as magic at all + they were one off thing)
3) Battle Nexus. Again - magic + boring
4) I know that I can't stop crying about Ch'rell surviving TCRI explosion, so I will just say that it is the biggest BS that destroyed my immersion for the entire show
5) Boring filler episodes
Even if I dislike S2 that doesn't mean that I didn't like some stuff from there:
1) Fugitoid is great character
2) Traximus
3) Karai (before S4 ruined her)
4) My boi Zog
5) City at War is great arc
6) Mikey in Battle Nexus
7) Usagi
@@slendertentacle And LeatherHead and the Utroms? Also most villains don't have to explain their death scenes. Mostly because all the audience really cares about is that they are back. But back in season 1 I thought Shredder was immortal.

@@slendertentacle The best thing about season 2 was "the secret origins" arc. The twist that Shredder was an Utrom was amazing and they later expand on that in season 5 when they revealed where the Utrom took the idea for the Shredder character. strange enough you didn't put it as one of the things you like from season 2

I honesty only like the first season. It's a season i would call great. The rest are just watchable
At least you put season 4 up there it's one of my favorite seasons
The only reason S4 is not in the first place is poorly done villain Karai. Otherwise it's the best one
@@slendertentacle yes that's my biggest gripe is shredder karai and them losing their home like that. It made no sense. They could've done episodes of the turtles doing missions without Leo while he's gone with Yoshi's master
