1st unboxing of EverCade i've ever seen! Majority of the videos is just on the games, but learned real fast what i like are the Purple Carts! Awesome Video! Game On!
Was on the road for work this week and had to scroll WAAYYY back in my subscriptions to find this video. 🤣 That blue light definitely pops with the Freakade. Congrats, hermano. Been a long time coming. 🤘 I have a similar issue with Data East in my second cart slot but it works like a charm in the first slot, so I guess that's where it will go. 😂 Anyway, GAME ON!
Hell yeah! I actually bought one of the new style controllers to use with my regular VS, and I definitely like the looks of it much better than the controllers that originally came with it.
@GameFreak1976 I have an EXP-R on the way, but I'm starting to consider getting a VS-R so that I have a backup system to still be able to play all of my carts in case one of the systems shits the bed one day or something, you never know. It'd be nice if they end up offering a package without an included game at a reduced price. Also, the price is already climbing for the original VS, they're going for over $200+ on Amazon right now, and it'd be good to keep it stashed away, still fresh and clean just in case, and play on the less expensive newer model.
One cool thing is that the VS-R controller can also look all black if angled just right to your room light. I wanted these pads for my founder VS as the all black pads have no definition in low light rooms, the grey works better. 👍

When it comes to Evercade I will never buy from Amazon ever again, I'm still waiting on my order. They have put the prices up on Amazon EU, it is now 101 pounds for the Evercade VS-R.
@@Mangomesh, woah! I’m thinking Blaze and Amazon don’t have a good relationship. Everything else I order off Amazon is delivered on time. Whenever I order an Evercade product, something always happens. I’m thinking of ordering through Songbird from now on when it comes to Evercade products 👍
GameStop are selling these right now. I ordered one. It looks like it will make it in before Christmas. The EverSD will not work on this version. Hopefully, they will make it compatible in the future.
@@krathoon2338, I didn’t realize the EverSd wasn’t compatible with this version. Blaze definitely won’t do any updates to make it compatible since they are against the EverSd. Only way it’ll ever be compatible is if the company that makes the EverSd hacks a type of update👍🤘🤘
@@Mangomesh, that’s honestly a personal preference. The main reason I jumped into the Evercade ecosystem, was for the physical media. I’ve never been a fan of digital. It’s definitely not for everyone, but if you enjoy physical copies, it’s pretty enjoyable 👍🤘

@@Mangomesh, the original Xbox is the only Xbox I own (but it was modded back in 2006). I had quite a few emulators installed into it. I have every PlayStation though. I prefer the PS3 over the og Xbox personally. But to be fair, I’ve always preferred Sony over Microsoft. Not because I think Xbox is a bad system, but because I’ve never liked Xbox controllers. In my opinion, I also think PlayStation offers better exclusives like God of War, Uncharted, ect. It really comes down to preference though👍

To update your library you don't have to put all your carts in. You can just check them in the menu. I did it that way I also have the VS and VS-R
Yeah, dig about a bit and your see an option to mark a cart as owned or unmark one if it's already highlighted.
