Those things can sometimes sell less than the scraping price which is 250,000 and they take a lot longer to sell compared to ammo and meds. He already has the Huge security box which can hold 200x more money than the XL so its not like he needed the XL box. I would had scraped it too if it wasn't selling fast enough.
