    Loving your content 🎉💕 i took 6 weeks of running and did my first run this morning thinking it would be awful but felt amazing! Just goes to show its mind over matter a lot of the time. Back on it now and looking for a local run club 👍

    I like the lululemon base pace tights and the wunder train tights for runs! I am a very sweaty gal and they hold up really well!

    I always wear the my protein power mesh leggings. They dont ride up or slide down, no movement at all from them. They also have a pocket each side which will hold a phone or gel pack etc.

    What enrgy gels do you use or coffein gels ?? If you use them aat all........Inga DK .

    Not sure if you track your cycle, but luteal phase is such an energy drain. Our cycles play a huge part in how we feel when we are training. But even when you weren't feeling it, you smashed 18k, so you're a legend. ❤
