- Today I'm brining one of the strongest Great League cores to the Meta, Empoleon and Shadow Dragonite! These two have amazing synergy, espeically when paired with a dragonair safe swap to lure out any potenial ice or fairy type Pokemon in the back! This Great League Team did incredible for me with all positive set's in Pokemon GO, GO Battle League!

Not gonna lie, I have seen so many Galvantula and Charjabug lead today when i'm running Poliwrath lead

You won’t see any if you run talonflame in the lead. Funny how the algo works
@@mikebing1230 talonflame needs to go down shields to even win against galv and charjabug. Algorithm stans don't even know how to play and focus on how the game is out to get them.
I hate galvantula, i was running mantine in the front and i ended up against at least 2 galvantula. I hate galvantula in the electric cup too

i really enjoyed the vid, just wanted to say i have also been using shadow dragonite with poliwrath and skeledirge, shadow dnite with a shield advangate or energy advantage is so deadly

I usually play GBL around 2pm but today I played at 2am and the meta was completely different. I played 1 set and 3/5 matches had a Golbat (some on lead)
I've run across that dynamic as well. Very different teams being run at different times of the day.
I have a 14/14/14 shadow Dragonite right under the 1500 CP. I'm going to try that one and hopefully I get mirrors like Dragonair
I would run into nothing but fairy and Ice type if I used this type with my bad luck oh and steel types
That registeel with 0.5 hp was so close
Oh, this is where my GBL opponent got this team. So satisfying to BOOM the dragonite with an ice punch ❄👊🏾
I've been running a hundo Decidueye, near hundo Shadow Dragonite and my Sylveon and it's been doing incredibly well.
Pretty cool, tho keep in mind if you dont know yet, hundos arent always the best IVs for great and ultra league. Using apps like pokegenie helps you find which pokemon has the best pvp ivs
I’ve been struggling with teams. I’ve been starting with empoleon but a grass type along side that and my safe swaps are just not doing it
I use Hurricange for Dragonite, because it's so cool 😅😅😅

what do you guys think of a shadow dragonair feraligatr bastiodon team?
Anyone else getting the glitch where you're about to win using a charge attack and the game freezes, you have to completely restart and it says previous match data could not be found and it counts as a loss. Had it happen 3 times now and each time it's happened when I've had a bad match up but managed to squeeze out the win...but then not

20:00 when players force-close, is it just rage-quitting or could it be an attempt to make you lose as well? I often get stuck in a charge animation but the game can't recover my win.
I also experienced this often during the last weeks of the previous season. So annoying. They gave me a premium raid pass as a compensation when I reported it.

I really enjoy playing old meta teams in new metas, just to see how they look. Altaria/Azu/Sfisk was a long time favorite of mine in that order (sometimes swap Alt and Sfisk). I've played it a little bit lately and maybe I've just been lucky with leads, but it's done really well for me.

Didn't really work for me. Probably because I'm ranked heaps lower than you. I dunno, GBL doesn't seem as fun anymore. Walled with Lanturn, cool, I'll bring something to combat that, no more lanturns. Anyway, I'll still watch the videos, just no point trying the teams. 😂😂
I was leading Empoleon and all I got was garvantula, so I decided to switch to Alohan Marowak and first game I got Giratina :') yaaaaay
How on earth do you not believe in the algorithm hard countering you!? THREE galvantula leads? Sure, you won them all, but the opponents made some questionable/bad plays

GBL has turned Toxic. At rank 18 and I've never seen more Dragon, Charm & Razor Leaf in my life and it makes no sense. I get it if you at 2900 and your desperate and are trying to get to legend & need an easy win but this early in the season? There must be a batch of new players where this is the "thing" now. It kinda makes the game uninteresting. Every match my opponent is using the fast move strategy. I had to adjust so I could keep ranking up. Hopefully things change. If this is what GBL ends up turning into then idk... dont mean to rant here. I know im not the only one seeing this though! I didn't think people battled to just tap on a screen!
try to run a bulk team to counter fast attack for example use a s.bastiodon or azu I usually use a fairy type lead because all the dragons in the meta right now with a dragon as my core and a steel type in the back. But that’s my personal preference.
