I've been a hairstylist for 40 years and have worked in various situations including having my own Salon. Her overall attitude toward her business and human relations is very admirable. It would be a very nice salon to work in I imagine. The world needs more people who think this way.
I know nothing about salons but I do know about business leaders. The thought and introspection here is commendable and transferable across many industries. Thank you for doing this piece.
