He's asking questions and bringing up counterpoints, as should be done in a proper discussion. If he only asked easy questions that didn't contradict anything Douglas said, that wouldn't be an interview but a guided monologue. When I'm on the fence or unsure about something that's important to me, I tend to ask the questions that challenge the view of the person I'm talking to, because I want to test both sides to slowly make my way closer to the truth. When I see someone defending Hamas and acting like it's never done anything wrong, I'll ask tough questions. If I see someone doing the same for Netanyahu, I'll do the same. Not because I see the two sides as equal in terms of morality, but because I'm trying to find out more and I know that neither is perfect, and when people act like one side is perfect or ignore their flaws, I get suspicious.

When I see someone defending Hamas and acting like it's never done anything wrong, I'll ask tough questions. If I see someone doing the same for Netanyahu, I'll do the same. Not because I see the two sides as equal in terms of morality, but because I'm trying to find out more and I know that neither is perfect, and when people act like one side is perfect or ignore their flaws, I get suspicious.

An old Boer prophet called Siener van Rensburg also foretold the demise of the British Empire over a hundred years ago. If England hadn't have caused the persecution of Palestinians since 1948, if the US and England hadn't have been invading, stealing, causing illegal wars , blowing middle Eastern countries back to the stone age (ALL ON PATHOLOGICAL LIES), making their countries unlivable, massacring hundreds of thousand of innocent people creating refugees in their own countries, these refugees would have the need or want to go to depressing England.
