Austin Bosh same thing happened to be, but when I went to opal collection at the top of the hill and selected it, the game gave me the last opal + thunder egg. Not sure if it was a glitch but try it out if you still can’t find that last opal.
The only reason I haven't made anymore videos is because the program I used to edit/render decided to take a shit and I can't ever use it again. I recently downloaded Adobe Premiere and am trying to get used to it. After I learn the program, I will definitely continue my Ty Walkthrough. Thank you for watching my videos!
Just bought it on Xbox, I played as a kid but I’m pretty sure I used cheat codes to get all the boomerangs cus I don’t remember it being this hard to collect everything.(like I legit would not be able to get all the collectibles if it weren’t for these walkthroughs)
As someone who platum'd on the original xbox and am working my way through the switch remake, let me tell you, the opals are always the worst bit. Keep reloading the baskets till you get a magnet, it helps
I played it on the ps2 when I was a kid and even the opals for me are not hard to find, just have to remember where I didn't search and they're there. I memorized almost everything but I need the walkthroughs to get something I don't know how to reach or can't find, like in Ship Rex
Loved it. This was way to follow and it really helped me get the last opals I needed. Btw I loved the little slo no thing. And then the enemy killed you 😂
See and this is my least favorite level because I’ve always had the most trouble with collectibles. I’m replaying with the 2020 Xbox One version and I cannot for the life of me find the last 5 opals(which I assume are in a box somewhere) I feel like I’ve searched everywhere but then I should’ve found them
dont you ever have rundowns on collecting the opals? i hate it when you get almost all of them but you always miss a few and have no fucking clue where they are :'v
thank you for this, that first bilby I couldn't find it anywhere. this level can be like real fun but it is I think the biggest level in the whole game if I remember correctly, playing it now so I am not quite sure, havent beaten it in awhile. like this bilby was the last thing I needed. why do games seem so much harder as we get older
FOUND! Unless your missing from a different area lol. The white snow plot on the right of the map where all 3 wood bridges go over there is a opal box with a few frills around it which had my missing 5
If no current videos on youtube are helping with your collectible hunt, there is an IGN guide that can be find if you google "ty walkthrough". It should be the first result. It has details on where all collectibles are and how to get thunder eggs. I used it when there were cogs I couldn't find.
Your videos are great and they really help me when i'm stuck finding things! Can you please make a Beyond The Black Stump video? I'm missing JUST ONE last Golden Cog and I've checked every inch of the level multiple times! :( Also, can you make a Rex Marks The Spot video?
Wait I missed something... how do you get all those stepping bridge things to get to the top of the building? I only have one and it’s too big to jump onto...
There are 3 wooden channels you can walk up past some circular saws, at the end of each is a gated area with a button, the buttons open the gates and bring up the columns to get to the roof.
One of the up and down things where that one thunderegg on top of the house thing is entirely MISSING. how do I even get up there if THE WHOLE PILLAR IS MISSING???
It's been a long time since I played but I believe each pillar is activated by a specific button. Perhaps you haven't found all the buttons on the map? If it's not that, then i'm not sure unfortunately.
I need a “all opals” guide because I’m missing 5 and I searched for about 2 hours and could not find the 5 I’m missing. I will literally follow a guide step by step if I find one. The 5 opals are the only thing I’m missing in the game beside all the picture frames/hidden boxes. Like I just want that last thunder egg to say I did it all. And then I can spend time searching for the hidden boxes if I feel like it
Many people miss a crate of opals that's under one of the bridge walkway things on the mountain, you would have to look down from the top and go kinda left to find it. If it's 5 opals, it's probably a crate. I hope you find it!
In my childhood, Rex Marks the Spot was the most annoying because it was huge and I never could find everything. But this time around, Outback Safari was definitely the worst because of the terrible controls and the difficulty in finding the opals.
10:07 Was where I was missing the last 14 Opals and Cog. Thank you for this.
same omg this video helped me so much
had the exact same problem, cheers
I was also missing those opals. Problem was, when I collected them my total only went to 299. Rip.
Austin Bosh same thing happened to be, but when I went to opal collection at the top of the hill and selected it, the game gave me the last opal + thunder egg. Not sure if it was a glitch but try it out if you still can’t find that last opal.
Yup, same

Just found out this game was remastered on the PS4 and bought it literally last night! I plan to platinum this game.
good luck lmao the opals are a bitch

I remember getting this game when it came out. I was determined to find every collectible and I eventually did after a month or so....
Loved it. This was way to follow and it really helped me get the last opals I needed. Btw I loved the little slo no thing. And then the enemy killed you 😂
Super helpful thank you. Love the walkthrough simple quick and easy
2:38 whoever put that mystery sign far from where the thunder egg was, there’s a special place for you in Hell for that. Spent 2 hours looking for it.
This was always my least favourite level cus of the spiders you get NO WARNING FOR
See and this is my least favorite level because I’ve always had the most trouble with collectibles. Also bad level design stupid thunder eggs anoying koala quest I am not doing and lack luster fun over all and bad level design like I said

I’ve got 5 of those blue things left but have no idea where it is
Same!

@Mudarrow you made videos back then!
That's really cool!
Im missing 5 opals any idea where i missed?
I dont understand why people dont just mark the dam map smh
Wait I missed something... how do you get all those stepping bridge things to get to the top of the building? I only have one and it’s too big to jump onto...

I can never get the cog on the ice.. it breaks instantly even when I move inch by inch

Thank you very much
Yeah, eventually, but I don't own it yet. Might be a while.
4:42 is there anyone else who doesn't have that second wooden step? I only have the 1st and the 3rd and I can't reach the thunder egg...
You gotta hit all of the red buttons you find at the end of the saw mill climbing. (Where the saws pop up and down). There is a total of three.

@@Mudarrow Thank you! Finally found the last crate 🙏
I'm missing 33 😪 it'll have to be one mother of a crate!
thanks
pretend im not late xD
Omg 4:40 😂
Hey mudarrow what do you think is the worst/annoying level
In my childhood, Rex Marks the Spot was the most annoying because it was huge and I never could find everything. But this time around, Outback Safari was definitely the worst because of the terrible controls and the difficulty in finding the opals.
@@MudarrowI still hate Rex Marks the spot, it’s the only one I’m missing 2 opals and 2 picture frames 😩
