Fun walk in talk, Phil. Enjoyed seeing the old Batmobile and Ghostbusters cars. I also was a big Knight Rider fan back in the day, so that was cool to see. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.

We travelled in from Toronto, Canada.
I’m very impressed with Milwaukee so far. The city is very clean, the architecture is lovely and well preserved, there’s bike lanes everywhere (as a Cities:Skylines player, I think this is great). I haven’t seen any homeless people, and there’s even a streetcar line. Very urban, very cool! 👍🏻
It’s a very nice part of the city, so much to do right there. If you see me today please say hi :)
You must have arrived much later than we did. Definitely preorder your tickets ahead of time. We got inside about 9 and it took maybe 15 or 20 minutes to get through the line. Everyone had to go through the same line regardless if you preorder or not.
There was a large line to get to the vendor hall, but I would say the line maybe took another 15 minutes to get into the door.
All in all show up at least 30 minutes early. If you preorder you get in the vendor hall 30 minutes early.
Super cool place and lots of stuff to see and do. What surprised me was the sheer size of the vendor hall and gaming hall. Wow. Huge selection of games.
Day 2 was definitely less crowded and the day I would bring kids and the wife as it was less crowded and lines weren't super long for anything.
Also avoid those giant mystery boxes. It was filled with junk mostly. I didn't see anyone win the console yet and they had hundreds of them left.
I made a Rookie mistake lol that’s what I get for being cheap during the week :) I’ll take your advise and definitely preorder for both days next year and park further away lol I was wondering about those mystery boxes, saw a ton of them. Thank you for watching and sharing your experience 👊

Thanks kindly for shooting & sharing this content in a way that really made us feel like we're right there with you buddy. I really wanted to get down there this year & I promise myself I will (Ideally next year) make it down there (it's 9+ hr drive) so I need to plan to stay overnight which adds to the expense. During the Wrestling match I secretly hoped you were going to throw your Magneto helmet and just jump in there swinging 👊
Dude that would be cool if you could make it next year, I’ll help with hotel if it gets you here :) Lol could you imagine me getting slammed around with the helmet on :)
@@PDX7 You're too kind my very good friend. I'd consider splitting on a hotel but I could never take your charity Brother. I should talk to someone like MichaelB to see if they're coming down too and I'd split on a Hotel with them. When we did meet up and I was finished gushing - I'd volunteer to help you film content if you'd like, carry the camera, (I'd be quiet unless asked questions), I'd carry your loot etc. Anything to help you & the channel and give back to this mega cool community.

Ecto-1 ok that's a cool car, Batmobile from the 60's Batman show now we're getting cooler! But The Knight Industries Two Thousand, the K.I.T.T. car? Now we hit the top man! 1982 Pontiac Trans Am with T-Tops! One of my dream cars too. But I still love my '75 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am clone! And I've had her since July of '97!
Yeah I've met John Riggs and John Hancock at the Game One Expo in Phoenix twice now! They are super cool and down to earth dudes! Also the artist that is responsible for a good chunk of the 80's and 90's arcade artwork as well as Mortal Kombat. Is super cool too and will talk your ear off. lol

Thanks for the video. I can kinda soak in stuff a bit slower now. Like 4 1/2 hours sleep, light breakfast and taking the bus down there I was feeling quite dizzy. I must have missed the wrestling. Good thing I grabbed that Gokujou Parodius. I only saw one other copy and it was boxed so more expensive. I had to pass on a few more because of price (being boxed in some cases) but I found about 16 on my list. Cheaper games but some are quite fun and unique. (Binary Land, Clu Clu Land). I tried to upload videos of my finds but the library kept bumping me off yesterday. I'll have to check out your day 2 video now.

I just uploaded 2 videos of all my pick-ups with short demos of each if you were curious about what was all "in the bag" that day. (At least by the end of the day.) Seems the library doesn't like my VPN turned on or something. Tried for an hour on Sunday but I kept getting bumped off. Today they uploaded quite quickly as expected.
