It makes me so emotional because this song would be the one I would always play when I was down. So I listen to this song because it makes me think, "wow I went through all that and I'm still here". It's a reminder of how hard I fought, how hard I fought my demons and unwanted thoughts.
Dr. Strange fan man I feel that sooo much. This band makes me reflect on what I went through because their music was what helped me through it.

The stomach in my brain throws up on to the page! Wtf that's some depressing shit right there
it's meant to reference "there's a stomach inside my brain" from earlier in the song. the "stomach" is intended to mean tyler's lyrics and words that he puts into his songs. so figuratively, the "stomach" would "throw up" onto the page. not really that depressing, just figurative.
I interpret it as "the stomach in my brain" being mental, then the "throws up onto the page" as illness.... Mental illness. Of some sort

This song reminds me of my great-grandmother. She was an outstanding poet, and I fully understand what the lyrics "The stomach in my brain throws up onto the page" mean. I also love writing poetry, and we would send poems back and forth (she lived in Europe, I live in America.) I also live near a forest, and I take walks in there a lot. So, whenever I walk through there, I'm reminded of this song and sometimes sing it in my horrible singing voice. Luckily, there's nobody there to hear me. That's both good and bad. This song was also the first tøp song I actually cared to "really" listen to, so this song has a ton of meaning for me.
