I know it adds a few quid more but got to have some Parmasan on, that will take it to another level. Saying that, Parmasan is relatively cheap considering how many uses you would get out of it (the dry type)
Yeah cheddar melts better in my opinion and I do use it sometimes I think parmassan is too dry for the pasta it's good with saucy pasta but that's my personal opinion
