I use an Inkjecta Eclipse so I can switch between traditional needles and cartridge needles. I use the FK Irons disposables when I'm using cartridges. I've been using the Critical Connect batteries with a wireless foot pedal and I'm in love.
Hey Tyler excellent review, I’ve tried most of the same grips and agree totally. One I haven’t tried yet for the Wand, more expensive, are the Tatsoul gel grips for the Wand. I have big hands and I wish the back stems were a bit longer because I don’t like the machine sitting on the back of my hand. I have an Avenger 2 pro machine and I only used it once, even though I love the design and functionality of the Avenger, I’m much more comfortable with my pen machines. I hate to see my Avenger just sit in my drawer and if you or maybe someone you know would be interested in buying it I would give you one hell of a deal, only because u give so much to this community and I want it to go to someone i know will use it. Let me know if you’re interested and thanks for all your great videos 😎😊🙏🏻
I haven’t tried them yet either. Reason being is bc they are expensive for what you are getting. And okay awesome ! I could let you know if I hear of anyone !
Hey Tyler I just looked on TATSOUL and they have the Gel grips on sale. For the 1.25 they are 17.49 for 10 and the 1.5” are 27.99 for 10 if you’re at all interested in checking them out 😊😎
Ok, so I have a question. I'm new to tattooing. Go easy on me, people, because it might be a dumb question. I'm just trying to learn. I really want to buy the acus m1. But I'm concerned because I don't have an autoclave and it doesn't have disposal grips. First question, I think I know the answer to. Are there disposable grips that will work with it? If not, my second question I think I also know the answer to. Is there a way to keep the grip/internals from getting contaminated (internal barriers)? I kinda doubt it. Third question: Are madacide/cavicide, ultrasonic cleaners, dry autoclaves, or a budget pressure cooker an alternative that will pass a health inspection? I think the answer is NO to all of those questions. It seems to me that having an autoclave is mandatory if you want most pen machines (minus Cheyenne and Bishop). I have seen the Vlad Blad Avenger 2 is a good alternative with similar capabilities as the Acus m1. The new Avenger 3 looks like it would be good, too. My final and main question: Should I just get an autoclave, or would the Vlad Avenger series be a better/easier/cheaper route? The Sol Nova seems limited and not quick to adjust. The Bishops have mixed reviews and I'd need to buy 3 seperate machines (might as well buy a autoclave and Acus M1)... Sorry, this is long but any help make my decision would be greatly appreciated!
I need advice on investin in a soilded machine or two . I started tattooing in 2015 I put the machine down and work on my art work now I’m back I started with coil now trying to get me a pen machine or a direct drive if you have any input that we’ll be great
The click ergo grips you reviewed on here, did you find carts wouldn’t lock into them properly and overspin, or want to back out of the grip? Having a hard time finding good disposable grips in Canada for my rotary.
Mate what recommended size should the metal plunger bar ( pushbar) be to have a proper needle throw for the click grips? the one I had allowed a very very poor throw and stroke change made it worse.
Hey man, Love the videos. Question for you about that VladBlad machine. Can you make a video or do you have one or want to just comment on what you do for needle tension. Mine absolutely destroys even the thickest rubber bands. Thanks.
Do you throw these out after every single tattoo session? Are there any sustainable options for tattoo supplies for someone who wants to be a tattoo artist but also is conscientious about the amount of plastic that is being thrown into landfills?
Idk if it’s just me but literally no grips have been able to stay in place without making a weird noise when I put my finger behind the cartridge I use Kwadron needles and a bishop micro Angelo machine the only needles that work with all the grips I have used was the radiant cartridges they are my favorite you should try them out
How do you know what grip will fit on a given pen machine? I have been searching for a machine in the $400 range, however can't find one that is compatible with sterilized disposable grips. Any help would be appreciated.
Electric soul coffin tattoo machine. I really wish a RUclips would check these out. Electric soil tattoo. And you need one of these grips in order to use it as well.
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial I have the Flite X1 Disposables and they are quite got for the machine. And other than those I have the Alloy one (heavy as heck, only good for shorter session - tattooer of 2 years, started on coils) - Delrin is the perfect weight for me (snipers grips).. And I have the chubby grip, which is nice wrapped otherwise weirdly shaped.
Gel grips are pretty fun to try... And now I want to bite on gel grips as well :) thanks for planting that idea in my head
I feel like I could just chew on them for hours lol
Juris, how are u liking the Critical Torque ?? Can’t wait to try myself ‼️‼️😎
We’re gonna need a video on this TTG

@@bigdog6500 nice ! The day after I check the prices haha
I wonder if they have them on sale bc no one is buying them?
I thought the same thing but I think it may be for Memorial Day or maybe both 😊😂😎
I got the FYT for needle cartridges for a normal machine

The bishop v6 disposable grips aren’t my fav but the wand ones are great!
can u swap between cartridges with no issues?

Dope video and diggin' that shirt buddy
Thanks dude!

I honestly used them like 2 times. I didn’t have a problem with that. But I have dealt with grips that have done that
Mate what recommended size should the metal plunger bar ( pushbar) be to have a proper needle throw for the click grips? the one I had allowed a very very poor throw and stroke change made it worse.
I honestly don’t know. What ever ones come with the pack. Just adjust it in the vice to where it is the proper length

Thanks.
I could make one yes. It also depends on what grips you are using if the stem pops up and touch’s the band I’ve noticed
With the bigger fyt grips are you able to fully adjust your needle depth with the bishop wand? Or is the threading the same as the smaller version?
Is there a disposable grip option for the Peak Solace Pro?
I have the dark lab ones, it feels to me like the needle isn’t very stable in there. Have you noticed anything like that?
I haven’t. But I wouldn’t doubt if that was the case for some.. since there are moving plastic parts
I have the exact same problem. A few other people have mentioned this too.
Arma ajustable bishop grip
Do you throw these out after every single tattoo session? Are there any sustainable options for tattoo supplies for someone who wants to be a tattoo artist but also is conscientious about the amount of plastic that is being thrown into landfills?
Yes they are one use per grip. You can use steel grips but then you have to make sure that they’re clean properly
Idk if it’s just me but literally no grips have been able to stay in place without making a weird noise when I put my finger behind the cartridge I use Kwadron needles and a bishop micro Angelo machine the only needles that work with all the grips I have used was the radiant cartridges they are my favorite you should try them out
Hmmm interesting. I’ve had a handful of grips not work with certain carts. Not often tho
Hi, I love your videos. Could you demonstrate or explain how to adjust a cartridge grip on the vlad blad avenger? Thanks in advance. You're on top
Man i am really tempted to buy those gel grips and bite them all
Give them a good chew
I ordered the fyt

Will the tatt soul grips work on the inkjecta flight nano?
If there is a vice on the machine they should fit yes
What about adjusting the depth do you just loosen the vice and slide up and down ?
@@taronhowell2523 yup. Just like any vice
I use the Inkjecta, but I will try some of those after I checked the video :D
Never tired those before ! Are they Any good ?

Can I ask what size are the new fyt ones? And are they the long ones?
On the site I think they are listed as medium
In the website they will have the details on the product description
Thanks dude !
