if i rememer right it's either a fighters or mages guild quest, this woman was cursed to have these scamps spawn next to her infinitely and always follow her, she wants them gone because they stink and everyone is afraid to talk to her. but every time you kill them they just come back you need to find the source of the curse and destroy it
@@yosefyonin6824 Its not guild related surprisingly, she found an old artifact called the staff of everscamp. And once picked up you are pretty much cursed because you just can't drop it no matter how hard you try. She is able to pass it to others, however, so you agree to take it and the scamps and return it to the shrine it came from. Which breaks it's curse. It was his staff Mr Krabs! He was number one!!

I liked this quest. I liked the wacky stuff you wouldnt expect. The quest where you go inside a painting like in Mario blew my mind too
I remember this! No idea how the rest of the quest goes, though... I miss when Bethesda games were full of weird goofy stuff like this...
