Warranty is only 12 months and it is set up to be voided as soon as the customer takes control of it. Factory is NO help (unless u pay them, then they are your best friends)

Buyer beware! Over engineering at its prime. Nightmare for owners and extremely expensive to maintain and repair. You will never see a penny of savings from the energy saved.

My facility has two of these. You're exactly right. The belts break that drive the desiccant wheel and the desiccant wheels only last 5-6 years and cost thousands to replace.

But if you do servicing every after 3 months then it can stay for much more longer because i do this onboard from last 16 years i never found any kind of problems so far i have changed bearings 3 times til now and the bearing are much more cheaper

@@orvilpereira1762 I service desiccant wheels. They do not last more than 10 years. Very expensive to replace. But well worth it. Especially for ice rinks.
