How to say Istikhara salat?
@@Nish12343 pray 2 rakahs with the intention of asking Allah to guide you with a decision or whatever you are praying for. In sujood, ask Dua and I think there is a specific Dua to recite.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَخِيرُكَ بِعِلْمِكَ وَأَسْتَقْدِرُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَأَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ الْعَظِيمِ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْدِرُ وَلَا أَقْدِرُ وَتَعْلَمُ وَلَا أَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ خَيْرٌ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاقْدُرْهُ لِي وَيَسِّرْهُ لِي ثُمَّ بَارِكْ لِي فِيهِ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ شَرٌّ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّي وَاصْرِفْنِي عَنْهُ وَاقْدُرْ لِي الْخَيْرَ حَيْثُ كَانَ ثُمَّ أَرْضِنِي
Istikhara dua english Transliteration
Allâhumma inni astakhiruka bi ilmika wa astaqdiruka biqudratika wa as’aluka min fadlikal-azimi, fa innaka taqdiru walâ aqdiru wa ta’lamu walâ a’lamu wa anta allamul ghuyubi. Allâhumma in kunta ta’lamu anna hâdhal amra khayrun li fi dini wa ma-ashi wa aqibati amri faqdir-hu li wa yassir-hu li thumma barik li fihi wa in kunta ta’lamu anna hâdhal amra sharrun li fi dini wa maâshi wa aqibati amri fasrifhu anni wasrifni anhu waqdir liyal-khayra haythu kâna thumma ardini.
Istikhara dua Translation
“O Allah, verily I seek the better [of either choice] from You, by Your knowledge, and I seek ability from You, by Your power, and I ask You from Your immense bounty. For indeed You have power, and I am powerless; You have knowledge, and I know not; You are the Knower of the unseen realms.
O Allah, if You know that this matter is good for me with regard to my religion, my livelihood, and the end of my affair, then decree it for me, facilitate it for me, and grant me blessing in it. And if You know that this matter is not good for me with regard to my religion, my livelihood, and the end of my affair, then turn it away from me and me from it; and decree for me better than it, wherever it may be, and make me content with it.”

So istikhaara is only to ask for a sign to make a decision right?
So how do we add it to our daily routine if we don't have a decision to ask guidance on?
I tried Istikharah in major decisions in my life and was saved multiple times fron bad situations and I believe it's thanks to Allah first and foremost and because I actually did the salat Istikharah but knowing that I can just do the duaa every morning is astonishing in it's own way, as always thank you.

How to pray plz tell me I want to pray it's before fajir Salah like sunnah?
for now I am just including the duaa every morning honestly as a routine but how I usually pray it is a bit of a long comment; first you need to understand disliked times of prayer ( موانع الصلاة ) which are after the Asr prayer until the Maghrib prayer, after the Fajr prayer until sunrise, and about a 15 minutes before Dhuhr., any other time is ok.
and as for the prayer itself you do wudu like for every other prayers and you pray two rakah like any normal prayer, meaning the usual routine except you say at the begining "اللهم إني نويت صلاة الإستخارة" and at the after you say salam alaykom and while still on the praying mat you say the following "اللهم صل على سيدنا محمد وعلى آل سيدنا محمد كما صليت على سيدنا إبراهيم وعلى آل سيدنا إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد، اللهم بارك على سيدنا محمد وعلى آل سيدنا محمد كما باركت على سيدنا إبراهيم وعلى آل سيدنا إبراهيم في العالمين إنك حميد مجيد" followed by duaa al-Istikharah " اللهم إني أستخيرك بعلمك، وأستقدرك بقدرتك، وأسألك من فضلك العظيم، فإنك تعلم ولا أعلم، وتقدر ولا أقدر، وأنت علام الغيوب، اللهم إن كنت تعلم أن هذا الأمر *** خيرٌ لي في ديني ومعاشي وعاقبة أمري فيسِّره لي، ثم بارك لي فيه، وإن كنت تعلم أن هذا الأمر شرٌ لي في ديني ومعاشي وعاقبة أمري فاصرفه عني واصرفني عنه، وقدّر لي الخير حيث كان، ثم أرضني به

I think you misunderstood it. He said you have to pray 2 rakat AND make the istikhara dua. It is said that Istikhara involves a 2 rakat and the dua. May Allah forgive me if I said anything incorrect.

Dr Omer looks like you are being elevated from a scholar to a spiritual expert, the difference between both is that a scholar gets his knowledge from books and the spiritual being gets his knowledge straight to his heart directly from the divine
Scholar is supposed to be knowledgeable from Devine knowledge, which itself is spiritual. I wouldn’t be saying what you said, as without knowledge from the right sources, people can and have gone off path.

I made istikhaarah for my marriage but got divorced after 22 years. Allaah was with me always so it was very easy n still is now for 24 years being divorced.

Allah, if in Your knowledge, this matter (mention by name or think about it now )
is good for me both in this world and in the Hereafter, then ordain it for me,
make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if in Your knowledge it (mention by
name or think about it now ) is bad for me and for my religion, my livelihood and
my affairs, then turn me away from it, and turn it away from me, and ordain for
me the good wherever it may be and make me pleased with it.

As Salaam Alaakum making Dua is very simple, just use simple language. The Prophet pbuh made Islam very simple.
