Man, 9v batteries, low pressure, tourney boards... Spyder has come a long way in the common sense department
im new to paintball and i wanna get this gun. soo would i be able to put a regular hopper on this gun or does it have to be a electric hopper what are the benefits between electric and a regular hopper?
You can use either kind. The benefit of the electric hopper is that it'll be feeding balls into your gun very fast so you can shoot tons of paint. The gravity fed hopper can only shoot balls as fast as they can fall into the barrel. They generally cost less and are easier to maintain than the electric ones. So it's really up to you if you to decide what is important, shooting tons of paint or saving some money.
This was my first gun but its not recommended, its accuracy is horrible and the eyes suck..
Its basically a spinning blade with paintballs going inside..
Seems like Spyder hasn't released any new products in a while...
Ever since GI bought up the Kee Action group of companies. The brakes have been put on everything.
With their most recent bankruptcy and sell out. I don't think we'll be seeing any new products for awhile.
You still see High end guns getting made by other companies, but that's only because they only have to sell like 100 of them to be profitable.

Ijust got one with a 9.6 volt batter n charger if my battery dies is it ok to use a regular 9.0 volt battery or are the ones that came with the rechargable 9.6 volt,diffrent volt boards?? Ijust dont wanna mess anything up thanks

Don't upgrade buy a used ego 5-7 or a azodin blitz
if you have the money to do that just sell your gun and use the money for you ur upgrades for a used axe or mini
what does this gun run better with? Gun Oil or Gun Lube? Is there even a difference? (I'm new to the sport and don't know.) Thanks!
+Finlay Mathias The Fenix will use mainly oil. You can use grease on certain parts but Kingmann recommends oil for lubrication.

Hi, is this marker always on? Can one just cock and fire? Or does one first need to switch on the electronics?
Can the trigger just be held in on the first pull for full auto?
Lastly, can the Leap 2 board be controlled via Arduino or Raspberry Pi3?

The electronics need to be on. you can't use full auto by just holding down the trigger, you have to walk it. and no, it can't be controlled. You're welcome.

we don't have any marker that can be controlled via external electronics. and I think maybe a couple BT guns can shoot full auto like that, but it's rare to find a paintball gun that can.
Is there any way to change bps on the ramping modes?

Dem Asian markers ain’t nothing. They have leaks and I used to have one and I needed brand new o rings like every game and there was board problems and I’m no just speaking for me. But for all Azodin users!

you can just use any standard hopper or rotor with this. just not something with a giant feed neck like the cyclone.

I just bought one like 3 months ago. I've played 2 times with it and I have really enjoyed it. It needs an upgrade or two to be next level but it's a great marker for the price. I plan on putting a new bolt on
