    Synopsis
Last March, we posted a video about the Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) legislation introduced by the provincial government. This new law allows for the construction of 3-6 housing units on a single residential lot across all cities in British Columbia.
With the June 30, 2024 deadline approaching, we’re checking in with cities to see how they’re adapting to this change.
In this video, April provides an update on the progress and challenges cities are facing with SSMUH implementation.
