Love watching your travels. I have a question....How do you or how did you eleviate the fear of being a female out in the wilderness? I had a scary moment years ago and I can't bring myself to go at it alone. I admire those that do.
Darn, was in the area last year with a reunion group, but they chose to visit Williamsburg and Yorktown. I think I have a connection to Pocahontas in my family tree through her kid sister Cleopatra Powhatan, so would have been nice to see Jamestown, too. A distant cousin named Stephen Hopkins also lived in the area as an indentured slave working for the Virginia Company (tobacco plantation) beginning in 1610, then he ended up on the Mayflower for a return trip to America in 1620. Hope you didn't waste your $$$ at Williamsburg, as it is way too commercialized, and expensive if you want to go inside any of the buildings. Yorktown was worth driving around the self guided tour to see all the spots like where this and that battle took place, where the British surrendered to Washington, and the prison camp where the British POWs were guarded which looked just like the area where you parked to visit the Travis family.
Thank you ❤

I find it interesting when animals get spooked by something we can't see, smell, or feel.
Great to see a new video. We miss your videos.

They allow dogs but not goats? 😲 What kinda nonsense is that? Thanks, Kate.
Hmmmm, we get to see this very pretty lady in the intro, but it seems she has turned into a goat.
