I am just beginning to make jewelry, and have watched a lot of tutorial videos. Thank you for going slow and showing us how to do it, holding the needle in position long enough for us new ones to see which bead you're sewing through!! I love your tutorials, and love your work. They are beautiful.
I absolutely LUV these anklets! You are so ingenious! You always match your colours sooooo well! And your tutorials are always explicit in detailed instructions! Thank you very much!
Hi from Israel! I just made this as my first beading project and it came out beautifully! Was a little surprised at first that in 'real life' the beads are so tiny - have to get some magnifiers - but the bracelet came out a perfect width after the embellishment. Your video is really well done and after a few repeats I was able to work without it. Thanks so much Stephanie!
Finally finished my move from the cold, raining, overcast sky's on the East coast to nearly the West coast. Been really tough but so worth it! Maybe in six months when everything is finally unpacked and organized I can get back to beading and work on this stitch!. TFS.
I just love this ankle bracelet !!! Looks soooooo hard to do but you make it sooooo easy. Thank you for your video and explaining everything so I can have success when beading.
What a wonderful addition to your page! I'm making one up as a wristlet, in blue, for my 89 year old mother who is in assisted living. For the record, I don't believe anyone who's presence you've ever been a part of, will ever forget you. You are beautiful inside and out. (I just wish I was notified when you drop a new video... time for me to call you-tube...) Please stay well and stay safe, ~Bethany McKittrick
Aww thank you so very much Bethany🌻😊🙏 Such kind words! Your mom is going to love her wristlet! Especially because you made it for her 💗 Stay well and safe🌞
So very pretty and easy to stitch- I was actually able to watch the entire video without having to pull my brain back from wherever it goes-- because of the shortening of my attention span...thanks, Stephanie, for sharing this beauty with us.
I just made three of these ankle bracelets after watching this video. The pattern is fairly easy but I may need to work on my tension as I tend to pull the thread to tight. I’ll definitely make a bunch more. They look nice on the ankle. Thanks again for another great video Stephanie 👍😎
Stephanie, You are truly lovely to follow. I am so glad that I found you on here. I have learned so much from watching your videos and I usually make just about every thing that you have been teaching us. I love the way you teach! You are very easy to follow and I am a new beader, well consider myself new, I have a lot morel to learn. But I wanted to tell you that so that you know how nice and pleasant It is to follow you. I am always looking forward to what you are posting next. Thank you so much!!
Oh my! What a lovely anklet. My niece will love it. FYI..I tried putting a 3mm fire polish in place of the bicone but it didn't look as good. Looked a little clunky. The 8/0 seed bead works great though. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Miss Stephanie. Your tutorials are awesome. I feel like I could make anything as long as you are the teacher. 👸
Absolutely beautiful and seams to be not that difficult! Thank you Stephanie for your fantastic tutorials ❤️ Watching them has inspired me to put down my knitting needles and pull out my huge stash of beads (which has been in storage bins for to long) You always have such great ideas and designs 🤗
Thank you so much Lisa💗 I’m a knitter as well and it’s always difficult to switch from knitting to beading lol 😂 This ankle bracelet is fast and easy so you can have your summer knitting near by🌼💕🌞
Hi Stephanie, love this! While I was watching this video my granddaughter said OH Grandma I love that and when are you going to make me some. I asked her how many she said three for starters. I also showed her the ankle bracelet using bugle beads. Jazz said a few of those too. Jazz is 20 and I asked her why so many, her answer was a girl has to have choices right. We will start this week and if it is ok I would like to post them on your fb group channel. Thank you for always encouraging us. Extraordinary beader is what you are. Thanks!! ❤🦋
💕🧿Once I got the hang of the pattern, I very much enjoyed weaving your beautiful design.🥰 It scratched the ("need to bead") itch I've had. Thank you for continuing to share your gift. Might sound cheesy but You are my favorite "RUclipsr" Stephanie. Ooh I love this so much, definitely going to make this one in the morning, would love some more anklet type tutorials Stephanie if you could, No pressure at all, I love anklets, wear them all spring/summer here in Australia 💜💜💜
I think it should lay fine as a necklace. Or you could put the 3mm on the bottom, and the blue 11/0 at the top. I was planning to do a small strip and putting chain on either end. That is something I’m really liking right now. It make really glitzy beads a little more casual. Stephanie you always get my creativity going!!
love this stephanie!!! im a huge anklet person , now if u could come up with a toe ring , that would be great!!! love this color way too ..... im a blue person ... so its perfect!!! ty for sharing your time and talents with us !!!
I’m always on the lookout for a powerful magnetic clasp!!! Great design ! I wonder how it would look with the drop on the other side too to make a sweet bracelet too?
I have just finished this!! Even cuter than it looks online!!! Not complicated at all. I'm a lefty & it takes me a little longer. I want to make a necklace next!! Thank you Stephanie!! 💖💖💖
Hi, nice tutorial. Thank you! Can you please tell me if the silver beads can lose or wear out their color over time? Can this type of bracelets go freely in the water? Thank you!
Thank you 🙏 It’s made of thread and glass beads so no water 💦 Silver could lose it’s color over time. I have a video on how to store your beaded jewelry to keep it fresh and clean. ruclips.net/video/P-gQdePIF4E/видео.html
Heliena Wayman You can sew through your stitches twice to reinforce if needed. So if you’re making a right angle weave unit, go though the beads a second time to reinforce. Follow your thread path and exit in the same place.
I absolutely love your videos. Thank you for making them. I have made these for a group of friends & they all love them. I'm curious as to what color beads you used for the green one in your picture? Its really my favorite color combo. TIA ❤
I am lov'n the ankle jewelry. Have you ever made a little something to go around the ankle portion of a pair of boots? I think it would have to be a chunkier design. I have strung an ankle bracelet for around my boots but never any intricate design. Maybe when Fall rolls around, you could come up with creation for around boots.
So far I made two ankle bracelets one in the silver and aqua and the other one I just made with gold and black and svorski Crystal babies it's beautiful!

Hi Stephanie, I have started this ankle bracelet for my grandaughter, but it is coming up very stiff, it doesn't seem the same as yours, can you help x x

I use Pony most of the time. Tulip occasionally and thought I’d try the color coated BeadSmith needles. The color wore off after a couple of uses so pretty much not worth it 🤷♀️
Until I order some drops, which I loooove, what else could I use in it's place? Have I told you lately how amazing you and your brain are?! Lol! Enjoy the day!
I was thinking about creating a dangle in place of the drop. Like 15, 11, 15. I was thinking maybe the 15/0 and the fact that I’m coming back out of the 15/0 that space would be narrow enough to create the “V”.
Hi, Stephanie, Hope you're staying well. Love the anklet. Am I right in thinking that this is a MRAW? Love the Miyuki Turquoise Blue Luster 11/0. I will be getting some of them for the stash! I brought some Turquoise AB Bicone to make a Victoria Lace set in the Swarovski Fluro yellow for a friend living on the Gold Coast. I will post on the FB page when I'm done. Again as always Beautiful work. Thank you or sharing your gift of beading. MYTNT🙏🏼🦄🌈🇦🇺
Hi DaMon😃 I’m well, thank you. Hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. Yes, a little MRAW! Love the turquoise AB bicones! Pretty little sparklers 🎇
Stephanie I bought some BeadSmith colored eye needles. The color is a coating that makes the thread eye smaller and the color wears off with use. They seemed like a great idea at the time, but for me personally, I won't purchase them again. Love all your designs regardless of what needles you use. I watch all your videos.
Have you ever thought of posting three or four “upcoming projects and team with a bead co to sell the kits for your projects. That would make is much easier to do your beautiful projects
Love this design for an anklet. Thank you, Stephanie. I found that bicones are not good for ankle bracelets as they cut into your ankle. The gravity causes this and then if your other ankle bumps into the anklet it’s even worse. Consider rounds or pearls instead of bicones for this project. Best regards
The size of this bracelet is so elegant. I'd love to see more delicate jewelry projects on your channel. Thanks for being an excellent teacher!

Tension is always an issue with bead weaving, especially something narrow like this. It should soften up rather quickly and conform to your ankle.
Appreciate how slow you go and how you stop to show us where you are. Can't wait to make this. Thank you!

Fantastic and simple!!! 👏👏👏🇬🇷
Very nice!! Thank you for you beautiful design, but can you or do you ever reinforce this stitch?
You’re very welcome 🌻 If it needs reinforcement I definitely do. It wasn’t necessary for me with this one but if you need it, then certainly 😊
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry how would you recommend reinforcing
Heliena Wayman You can sew through your stitches twice to reinforce if needed. So if you’re making a right angle weave unit, go though the beads a second time to reinforce. Follow your thread path and exit in the same place.
Is there anything I can use instead of the teardrop looking drop bead? Like a different size round head? Or Czech glass or Bicone? Thanks!
You can try any bead that will fit in the space so go for what you have and see how it works 💜
Which beads should I use instead of the drop beads.. 😢?
You can use any bead you like in place of the drops. As long as it fits and looks good 😊
Oh i love this one !!!!
Sei sempre super brava😍
Is there another bead that can be substituted for the drop beads?
You can try anything that will fit in the space. it should ne the same size a the drop in width so the beading stays even.
Super! 👍👏
Thank you 🙏

What kind of thread are you using ?
Is it normal cotton ?
Anita from South africa
Fireline beading thread.

What a lovely dainty ankle bracelet, i like the turquoise to, what size beads do you use instead of the bicones?
Thank you Linda🙏😊🌻 Try any beading that will fit and not affect the curve. An 8/0 works or a small rondelle.
Красиво получается 👍👍👍👍👍
If I put only one blu unit, would it be an even more V-shaped bracelet?
It would curve too much 🌼

What can i use in place of the drops. Thanks!!!!
You’re welcome 😉 A small dagger perhaps. Something that will fit and not interfere with the pattern.
Hi Stephanie, I have started this ankle bracelet for my grandaughter, but it is coming up very stiff, it doesn't seem the same as yours, can you help x x
Good morning 🌸 Are you using Miyuki 3.4mm fringe drops? Message a picture to Bronzepony Facebook page and I’ll take a look. It should be very fluid.
No I dont have those so I use a small dagger, not sure how to measure them. And the seed beads Im using are Toho size 11. I'll take a photo tomorrow x
The dagger is probably making it stiff. There isn’t enough room for it. I use the Miyuki drops as they are the perfect fit. The space is only big enough to fit the width of an 11/0 seed bead.
Hi Stephanie,
Ok, I will continue and see what its like when its finished, if I don't like it I can always unpick it :)
Love it 👍
Hi, can I use a seed bead instead of the bicones. Thanks so much.
You probably could, but if you have Czech fire polished beads, they would look nicer.
You can use an 8/0. The turquoise multi color bracelet in the into is using Picasso 8/0🌼
