It’s nice that whoever arrests the Kira Follower will also get confirmed as Investigator team without the collaborator’s help. If Kira arrests the follower, they wouldn’t have dropped any IDs.
I also wonder if the developers will buff the Toggle settings for Kira team about it. Since I can see Kira ratting out their own Follower to protect themselves.
Bro, that L last round was CRAZY. "Here is 15 reasons why it can't be D." I as L "I think it's D." L says D is Sus. I'm with D, I'd kill him on sight if I was Kira after that meeting. XD
Sorry for the very late upload, the game still refused to give me Kira matches but at least I got a great L match where I use a new feature of Toy Town to confirm who was Kira! Since it was already late I took more time to make a longer upload, last 2 matches are investigators again but I managed to make some great plays using deductive reasoning, I'm sure you will be able to use these tactics in your matches!
Man maybe we should trade situations cause i kept getting kira games to the point where I'm taking a small hiatus. Fun role but hoo boy that's alot of pressure to get often
things I love about this map. It may counter the L meta (where L pick Revealed and himself for joint) as one of the L task spots is Misa place. Next you can counter the give all dying message to revealed by burning him (yes it will burn all the Dying message he holds)
In that third game L did say ill prove it to you then popped the L power which was decently smart because they knew you were investigator. Also im suprised E did not catch onto that l was L you sus them they responded with D a known investigator.
Legit crazy how good you are at this game. Your videos haven't just convinced me this game is really really cool, but also that I should really watch the anime/manga itself as a result
If they can manage up to 5 maps minimum that would be pretty deep for Bandai fleshed out fanservice feels more rewarding than just adding characters and flashy add on's
Still watching the vid just had to pop on the comments because in that first match kira realized he was cooked with L calling him out and tried to divert and stall so hard I knew right then mofo was fighting back hard to remove that sus. Which was sus itself. Your the only smart L I've watched so far and I was craving good L gameplay. Gonna sub now just for this. Hopefully I get some matches with you once I download the game cuz this is fire
I'm usually not a huge fan of players that insist on monitoring when the other player refuses but that interaction was pretty funny ngl, especially when you realize that it was Kira that was being chased 🤣
Wow. In the third match, I was totally hyper focused on B being L. I thought when you didn’t pick someone to do the arrest fast enough it defaulted to L. Im so dumb lol
I also thought B was L at first when they were picked for the arrest instead of me so I can't blame him for that one, he probably had a ton of pressure trying to clutch this after his follower got caught early!
@@nokux I'm not Veldus! But I agree he played very well. Losing your Follower early as Kira is very hard to get back from, any suspicion on you is game over, and you cant get ids or trade the death note. His only chance for a win at that point was figuring out who was L!
Love your videos, I was wondering, have you ever considered making some like guided content? For example, a video with a bunch of tips and tricks for each role? Or tactics that you use in game? Keep up the grind! ❤
Yeah I actually have some in the works, I have a full script written for my first guide but I still need to get more footage, record the voice-over then edit the whole thing. Not sure how long it's gonna take me but I would like to have it out in the next 2 weeks.
I'd say that the main thing holding these videos back for me is the quality of the lobbies you play with. I understand that it may be unfeasible to improve, but right now it... isn't great for many reasons, to put it politely.
@@TheProfessionalGamerSS4444 Sure. Let me preface it with saying that, obviously, it is all subjective and might be, to an extent, unavoidable. Also, it doesn't necessarily apply all the times, just often enough to become noticeable for me. *Poor "voice" quality. When half of the lobby either are speaking barely audible, or have bad mic, or no mic at all even, or something similar, it is straining to follow the discussion. *"Quality" of the discussion. You can lump curse word usage there as well, but also when, occasionally, 2 or 3 players have a minute long shouting/swearing match over something increadibly trivial and often insignificant it can only be entertaining to listen to only so long, if ever. Unsurprisingly, the former usually correlates with the latter. There are other common issues of "public lobbies" as well. *Player skill is relatively minor one. I understand that it is a rather new game, a new map, and not everyone have to be a sweaty tryhard. But, take "L" in the last game accusing someone pretty much confirmed, for example. Was he trolling or was he a person who is unable to follow a simple line of logic which was explained to him several times? Even if it was the former (it seems it was), the fact that I am unable to rule the possibility of the latter during the game out is souring. Besides, even when talking about genuine lack of game knowledge, watching a good player winning over people who have no clue what they are doing is interesting only so many times. Again, it is not the case that these issues are applicable all the time. There were plenty of fine enough games. It is still overall better than an average social deduction game lobby (which is, basically, a bunch of shouting children), and were I to play myself I would have more resigned acceptance to it. But as a viewer, it is so much easier to just move on elsewhere.
@@MrGafrie Thanks for typing that all up! As a creator myself that is starting to make Death Note videos, I was interested in your thoughts. I'll keep these points in mind, thank you.
I see where you are coming from and I do my best to get lobbies where the issues you describe are minimal, but as you said, it is somewhat unavoidable considering that I need enough footage for daily uploads. Especially for the audio issues, getting 9 other players where everybody has a good mic and nobody is toxic is almost impossible... The last match of this upload has a lot of the issues you describe but I added it because I think it is a good example of a match that would have gone completely off the rails if I wasn't there to steer the lobby back into the right direction.
from this perspective the way you use the L functions like X player is suspicious you make a very brief pause before and after each call and imo this makes you seem like you're very obviously L. for e.g like 10:45
It's much easier to spot stuff like this when watching the video considering you already know I am L, zero pressure from your role or having to listen, memorize and make sense of all the information that you saw/heard/were told + many more things all at once. Also I was already prepared to reveal myself as L to get them to vote F if I needed to, I was just a bit paranoid about making a mistake considering how long it took me to finally get a good non-invest game where nobody quit or ruined the match in some way.
It would be so cool if they added a voice changer for L so you can actually talk as L, would help make l be a stronger role as it does feel slightly unbalancrd

Last game L was being so obvious. Suprised Kira didn't get to him in two full days lol
Hoo boy, a one hour video. We eating good today XD
Loved a lengthy video! Been a pleasure to watch, looking forward for more!

Oh with the way you phrased it I thought you were the Kira, I edited my comment to fix it
Before the match even kicked off i thought sparky was Kira , it was just a gut feeling
You should really place something at the start of the round, a little text like "Toggle: on @ Black notebooks: on"
