i'm guessing if you can connect the thread together contacts together you should be able to pull both cups in at the same time? i don't suppose it hurts to start with one cup pressed in if you already have the tools.
The outer section on one side was slightly damaged and I wasn't sure if it was a quality BB. So instead of taking it out looking at it and potentially having to wait on a delivery, I just ordered it all and did it.
Well done. It's always so satisfying doing the job yourself. Any problems with the BB since?
No, Still very smooth
So the non-drive-side is pressed in? I thought the two halves are pulled together by being threaded together. Is that a Wheels Mfg BB?

I pressed it to get it in square and so I wasn't having to wind the BB tool tight the whole way in, I was just easier. Yes, a Wheels Mfg BB
what box is that on your downtube
Helps if your bike was more secure, instead of swinging in the wind
Yeah it would, Its a DIY job for now

Why not just replace the cartridge bearings with Enduro/similar instead of changing the entire BB? Would have been easier and cheaper?
