    I’ve got to admit that uri is a carpenter I wish I was but with having one to many bike mishaps I’ve got at times a horrendous both hands tremor but I can look on the bright side I could always change long wheelbase transit into a mobile chippie

      The made to measure Walnut wood and the solar panel were the most expensive so, it did go a little over budget.

    Hey great setup! Can you explain how you removed the seat anchors on the floor for the middle row? They’re really getting in the way of my design. Thanks!

    • @howslands
      @howslands  11 месяцев назад

      Hi, can't remember having any specific problem with them. I recall I had a socket spanner on a ratchet wrench to remove the big bolts that anchor it to the floor. Let me know the specific problem that you're having and I'll see if I can remember.

    what's the make of the panel heater and would you recomend? thanks

    • @howslands
      @howslands  11 месяцев назад +1

      It's an infra red heater and I bought from a company called "Warm For Less" online. If your van is reasonably insulated and no bigger than the Delica then yes it will keep you warm in temperatures above about 3 or 4 degrees. See ruclips.net/video/nMXQBgI81Hc/видео.html if you haven't already see it.

    How much does that car cost?

    • @howslands
      @howslands  10 месяцев назад +1

      Depends where you are in the World I think. In the UK it cost £10k for a 2008 imported D5 2 years ago and I've probably spent 7k on the conversion, biggest cost being the power station and the solar panel.
