Hey Ruben i have one question. Is this solo easier than the first view pages of the wilcocxon snare book ? Im learning the snare solo no 2 in this book. And its like pain in my ass. When i compare both charts the crazy army seems alot easier ?🎉
Mmm wel 7 strokes are hard I think no 2 is a little easier... can I help you with something maybe?

I know I'm getting into this a few years late. Bur still had to comment. This says a "beginners tutorial" and I hope it was really simplified for that reason. The way this piece is being played is not at all how it's played.
Don’t know what you mean… it is the crazy army drumsolo of steve gadd out of the up close book… that is different than the original Crazy Army….
I'm sorry Sir but Steve plays Crazy Army the way it was intended. Yes, he has smoothed things out a little so that every beat or note might not be being played. But he does know how it's played correctly as do I since we both played snare drum in drum corps and both of us were given guidance and instruction by the legendary drum instructor Mr. Bobby Thompson.
