This right here is an actual piece of art. Think about it: Millions of years of human evolution has come to this. I am honestly so proud of humanity. This series is actually a good representation of memes as a concept. Some memes are forgotten, some are accidently killed, some are maliciously killed, some are totally milked. Some don't even get off the ground, some become notably relevant, some are repurposed in offsetting ways, and some obtain god status to the point where they can be solidified in people's memories for years to come. Bagel Boy has done what not many shitposters can realistically hope to accomplish. Even if meme man's legacy never becomes known on the same scale as something like Nyan Cat or the Dab, he still left a lasting impact on those of us that have heard his name.
As a member of his species, i shall make sure meme man's legacy is not forgotten. Let us not shed anymore tears and rejoice for the turmoil is over, that is what he would have desired.
I miss this series, but to be perfectly honest I don't believe that there could have been a better ending, it's very theatrical, really. Every character has their arc, and it really makes them feel like real people, even if most of them are just pngs or old school 3D models. In the end, the surreal meme saga ended up being much more than most probably expected- just think about it for a second: this and more genuinely well written stories were all built off of "haha funny 3d model is overly verbose". It's genuinely amazing, and goes to show just how much passion and love people poured into these memes. It's difficult for most to truly appreciate things on the internet these days, it's just kinda hard to find the time to appreciate what you have on the tap, and it's such a shame, because it makes it much harder for a project like this to exist again, specially when people are focusing on cresting new projects rather than remembering old ones. I do, however, have full faith that another surreal meme-esque series will come, and believe me: when that happens, I'll be there to witness and appreciate it. Thank you Bagelboy, Timotainment, poseidon and all who made surreal memes content, you all marked a point in my life that I will love and reminisce over forevermore.

This right here is an actual piece of art. Think about it: Millions of years of human evolution has come to this. I am honestly so proud of humanity. This is like one of those abstract paintings that make absolutely no sense, but look nice artistically. You know what, I'm just gonna say it right now. Memes are art. They've always been. Growing up with memes and seeing how they evolve into different things over the years is beautiful. Sure, they are some terrible ones, but there are ones that stand out, and you really just have to take a moment to appreciate them as they are.

"Not everything can stay cool and good forever", is a quote that we can all live by, all stand by, and all trust and know well enough to where it is almost impossible to not think about it. 2020 has been stupid, but it doesn't mean we should all give up, we shouldn't all just sit down and let life whittle away as we forget what brought us all here. We are all going to live to see next year, but where it will take us, nobody knows. This series is actually a good representation of memes as a concept. Some memes are forgotten, some are accidently killed, some are maliciously killed, some are totally milked.
Some don't even get off the ground, some become notably relevant, some are repurposed in offsetting ways, and some obtain god status to the point where they can be solidified in people's memories for years to come.
Bagel Boy has done what not many shitposters can realistically hope to accomplish. Even if meme man's legacy never becomes known on the same scale as something like Nyan Cat or the Dab, he still left a lasting impact on those of us that have heard his name.

I miss this series, but to be perfectly honest I don't believe that there could have been a better ending, it's very theatrical, really. Every character has their arc, and it really makes them feel like real people, even if most of them are just pngs or old school 3D models.
In the end, the surreal meme saga ended up being much more than most probably expected- just think about it for a second: this and more genuinely well written stories were all built off of "haha funny 3d model is overly verbose". It's genuinely amazing, and goes to show just how much passion and love people poured into these memes.
It's difficult for most to truly appreciate things on the internet these days, it's just kinda hard to find the time to appreciate what you have on the tap, and it's such a shame, because it makes it much harder for a project like this to exist again, specially when people are focusing on cresting new projects rather than remembering old ones. I do, however, have full faith that another surreal meme-esque series will come, and believe me: when that happens, I'll be there to witness and appreciate it.
Thank you Bagelboy, Timotainment, poseidon and all who made surreal memes content, you all marked a point in my life that I will love and reminisce over forevermore.
