The announcer for the first week on $10,000 Pyramid was Bob Clayton.
The GSN version of the "All New Pyramid" was an absolutely terrible product. The celebrity guests were ill-equipped to do the show. The contestants looked like they were sent over from "Central Casting". Just sad and dispiriting.
I agree with ya: Mike Richards was not the best host and plus, the format was nonsense and also, the theme to GSN's The Pyramid sounds more like a Fiesta Party
