I have a friend in the UK, and I sent him candy from the US, and he said they pretty much hate our chocolate, especially Hersheys chocolate, he said it taste like cheese to them. I tried some chocolate he sent me, and there is a massive difference in taste.
In the states we have a candy called fruit salad but it's more like a gummy candy. It's made by Haribo. It's not very popular though so it's hard to find. Not sure if it's originally from the states. I don't really like it. It's really sweet and to me the flavors of the gummies are off putting. In my opinion.
