    With Korean's "bali, bali" culture, it may be hard to adjust. I wonder also with Hyunmoo, he has so many hosting jobs and etc, that maybe he eats fast because he has no time. I don't understand how some of these hosts survive or have any down-time, they are doing so many jobs being on practically every show.

    Dieting and exercising for the sake of your health is something I totally agree and would support but it breaks my heart when he says he "looks ugly" and "feels sorry for the audience". There are always going to be people who may be heavier or lighter than the "average" and we shouldn't be ashamed or feel bad for how we look. We should be embracing the diversity in our society and reducing these stereotypes of looking a certain way.

      You're absolutely right that we shouldn't judge people for their weight. But overweight people are the majority, not a minority that adds diversity. According to Wikipedia, 40% of Americans are overweight and 40% are obese. That means 80% of Americans are either overweight or obese.
      We must have become used to it, bc Hyunmoo looks normal to me even though his BMI is 26 (overweight).
      I guess we need more diversity in media though, since most celebs are thin.

      Sujeong Kwak Yeah it's different in every culture/country, however, it is necessary to remember that there are multiple sides to a story. Like with weight being over and under weight is a health issue, as well as their stereotypes in the media.

      Artour Babev Not everyone has the time and effort and some people have genes that make them susceptible to weight gain too. It is a mental issue sometimes as well, saying he feels bad about his weight and going to a public gym may make him feel worse due to others being able to see his body in real life.

    Hyun Moo should just visit Boss Yang's gym more often. Anyway, eating fast isn't the real problem. He's just eating too much. Eating fast leads to overeating but it's not an issue if he can control himself.

      Eating fast is the problem coz when you eat faster you tend to eat a lot food before you realize you're full . The mind/brain takes time to process that your full already i just forget how many minutes..hehe ..this is what always happens to me i eat very fast and finished my meal but doesn't feel full and tend to eat another bunch of food and after some time my tummy aches ,too much food !! Plus when you eat fast foods and unhealthy food ahhh its a recipe for obesity ..huhu

      @@porkcutlet3920 The video explains why some people eat so quickly, and it doesn't mention self control. Self control is different, especially since this is because brains don't recognize the person is full and instead believe they're hungry.

    • @porkcutlet3920
      @porkcutlet3920 4 года назад

      @@Nicole-ue8bx Eh, unless you're suffering from Alzheimer's, how could you forget you've eaten? Also, why do people have to eat until they're full? Just eat enough for your daily calorie needs. If you stop eating, you'll naturally feel full after a while. That's what I meant by self control.

    I can't relate to Korean eating culture where they shove down their food in large amount and not / less likely to chew their noodles. That large portion of the unchewed food not only make you unable to savor the flavor, but can cause your body to digest slower.
    I realize the difference when I saw a few shows mention about indigestion. The people around me rarely had this issue and I never got indigestion too.

      My sister takes like 2 hrs to eat and shes the youngest and has the worst health. Might not be a good habit but I think the main problem was what he was eating and not chewing. Chewing would make you eat slower anyhow.
