Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery! Ron I just did a total house remodel. The HOA a wood not allow my very large trailer to stay on site for any extended period of time. A few days at best. If I had had an 8 by 12 and the valet I could have parked in the very small driveway and nobody would have truly been able to complain I think not having my trailer added 2 weeks to the project minimum. Trailer Valets are incredibly smartly designed, useful tools. MSRP for the 5X (5,000 lb. limit) is just $350, while list price for XL and XLv2 are $600 and $700 respectively. The XL Pro starts at $1,600 and the remote-controlled, tracked RVR model starts at $2,100. I guess it's just a matter of capability, capacity and price sensitivity.
I am not familiar with your set up, but with my trailer, the Trailer Valet XL has worked seamlessly and to perfection for almost two years, plus I can use it with multiple trailers. I like it so much I have ordered the Trailer Valet XL Pro. I don't do steep inclines, but I have a truck for that. I have made many videos of me moving it around from long pulls to tight 180 spins. I stand by my pick as the tool of the year.
Michael Saffold That one looks very handy. I have asked TValet to send their demo unit so I can make a video. I think their demo unit is in high demand so I can most likely only keep it for a day. Maybe later this summer.
I have the XLPro, and don't do steep inclines, what I am saying it can be a coupling destroyer. if not used on totally flat smooth concrete surfaces like in your workshop. Lets face it you can hand push a trailer around if its smooth like your shop :) But not in an RV park
I surprised they didn't think to add a set of small polyurethane wheels onto the kick stand. This way you wouldn't have to pick up to move it like you did at the end of the video. Just lean it onto the wheels and roll it away.

I Have just bought a unit for my brand new Swift Eccles 635 2018 caravan, and I have found the Valet useless, and are not happy with it. #1 You can not use it with a overrun braked coupling that swivels, as it walks out on an angle and will destroy the trailer coupling, They don't say in there advertising anywhere not to use it with this set up. I have solved the problem by having three point linkage struts going back to the under side of the Caravan to stabilize it, at a cost of $3000. I can send you pictures ?The valet puts a huge loading on you tow coupling, and I mean Huge !! almost to the point of destroying, It Could easily crack the coupling and cause a demount of your trailer into oncoming traffic, with the design as it is now. Also if you are going down or up, a small incline the caravan could get away from you as the friction contact area under the Valet wheels is very light, best to have another person sitting on the front ready with the trailer break ! Better to get wheel Motor Movers as they are proven
Wow, I didn't even know about this one. I'm looking at buying a new larger trailer and i was eyeballing the new Trailer Valet RVR. I put my trailers in the back yard and I have to go over grass, dirt, and sand. I've heard the regular Trailer Valet can't get traction in these types of areas and I didn't want to have to deal with a return. The RVR with the tank treads would be great! Do you think they'd send you one to test and review?

What if the trailers that has a brake system that needs to plug in the electrical plug? I don't see this trailer mover equip with that.

Yea, I will get them to send me their demo unit to make a video, but it will have to be later this summer when I have more time.
