Joan Rivers did not really damage her career with plastic surgery. Yes she was well known for that but she was still very popular and her career did not fall from grace because of plastic surgery.
The hate wasn't needed for her at all. I think that they were just mad that she did have a medical surgery that she needed but she decided while they were fixing her nose to do a nose job pretty much like she said she got the bump shaved off and that wasn't medical so I think that's why they were upset but they took it to way too extreme I mean to each their own if she wanted to fix it whatever not fix it but think she was fixing it I don't know I think she was beautiful before and now but I get why some people were upset because she did do a cosmetic procedure on top of a medical procedure I'm kind of sort of just said it was a medical procedure.

I can’t see that any of them had their “careers ruined”. If you’re in some line of work that depends on a youthful appearance, obviously you’re going to have to change direction when you get older. They all seem to be doing pretty well (as was Joan Rivers).
If people become happier after plastic surgery then I honestly congratulate them and there is nothing wrong with making a change because it’s their body and that’s my stance. Though some people do go way over the top as well and it does indeed lead to problems / health concerns and etc.
I think Linda Evangelista can get liposuction in the areas that the cool sculpting damaged?? Right? Or more plastic surgery to remove the lumps? Also she is back to modeling now and she had a spread in Vogue. She was open about how they pulled back her face with tape to make a different jaw line for the shoot. Couldn’t she have more surgery to correct that as well? Not that she should have to. She looks great as she is. She is so sweet and humble. Love the life in looks RUclips video she just did with Vogue as well.
