I hate to say but it happened to me a long time ago and I think I know why Do you use your email or your parents email. If you use your parents it would be fine but if you use your own email then it’s because the age setting for that email so what you need to do to verify if it’s a glitch or not to play MM2 try a different game that’s age 9 and age 13
