Welcome to my channel! I hope you’re all doing ok. I’m sending so much love and support to you right now! Some of you have shared that you’re sick, and I’m sending so much healing energy your way.
For today’s video I wanted to honor a request made in the comments for a Distance Reiki Session for Communication. As always, thank you so, so, so much for sharing your experiences in the comments. Hearing what you’re going through is such a beautiful way of connecting, and I value each and every one of you.
I know a lot of us are communicating in a different way presently, and I wanted to create this session to hold space for that transition. I also wanted to invite a transformation as well for any who are open to it. To invite the kind of courage and strength it takes to communicate honestly and openly. To pull back the curtain of “supposed to” so that we can see the truth behind our words and actions, and speak from a more aligned and empowered place.
Obviously these sessions are challenging in that so many of us are coping with different aspects of communication, so getting specific within these sessions is tricky. If anything doesn’t resonate with you, or feels disempowering I urge you to leave it at the door. My intention is to inspire and empower you, if anything has the opposite effect, please disregard it. :)
I’m thinking about making a second part to this video. Let me know if there are any aspects of communication that you’d like me to address, and I’ll try to include them.

It is a wild time right now, and I know some of you want a sense of normalcy within the mayhem. So I will probably be creating a few videos for your individual requests that are unrelated to our current situation. We all have so much going on outside of this whirlwind, and I want to honor all of that as well.
I am here to hold space for you. Just know, whatever you're going through, I am here holding that experience along with you, and sending you so much support as you move through it.

I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work.

Over the past month, I've been watching more ASMR than ever, but this video is my clear favorite
As a comparison, here's a quick recap of my last 30 days:

Your videos are the highest examples of how reiki can serve the world, and even people who are skeptical of long-distance energy work would have a hard time watching a video like this without acknowledging that your ideas alone are changing the energies of thousands of people for the better

Anna, you need to put a PSA at the start of these videos to warn people to brush there teeth before watching. I watched the first 10 mins and then spent the next 30 minutes trying to wrestle myself out of the relaxation to go get ready for bed. I only managed to do it by some small miracle.
I always wake up like three hours later with my lights on and in my day clothes oops

Frig I just love everything about you, especially your eyes and general elequance. You're obviously well read, passionate and caring - traits that are dwindling in a society in which it's citizens primary life objective is to have their existence validated.
I also love your transcendent state when you write out your Reiki symbols, it triggers the most comforting ASM response, not tingles, but a deep state of comfort.
I hope you stay as you are. You'll obviously be big on YT fairly soon and many artists lose their understanding of ASMR and the need to connect with their followers on an emotionally more honest level.

Hi Anna, can you PLEASE pretty pretty please perform a reiki session on emotional eating? People with B.E.D have a very difficult time already. But being in Quarantine makes it so much worse. I’m using the tools you have been teaching us. It would be so lovely to have a session dedicated towards eating disorders though. Thank you so much for everything. It's ironic: the topic is communication, and this is the 2nd time I've seen this video, and I want to say so much about how much this channel means to me, and about how strange it is that someone with a background like mine is watching Reiki channels at all -- AND, I'm a freelance writer, which means that it's literally my job to write about whatever I want to, and that expressing exactly what I think and feel means doing my job as well as it can be done -- and I don't know how to even start saying this.

Don’t worry Jimmy. Try to focus on the future as this period is only temporary and it will pass. Stay positive, get out for a run or walk if you are able to (we can go outside once a day here in the U.K. though I know this varies for other countries). I’ve also found it useful to keep learning new things to keep my mind sharp. There are lots of free online courses at the moment on the Open University website which are really good. In terms of reiki sessions I could use, the biggest thing I am working on right now is holding space to metabolize big emotions. Everyone is sleeping more and needing more rest because we have global fear, loneliness, dread, etc - I find I have to give myself a lot of grace and room to just be.

We do feel your love and support. Your voice continues to have a magical effect of breathing warm, healing kindness that makes the world almost stop and be more ok. Brings much peace. Request: In this video you said some very reassuring things. Because you seem so incredibly kind and nurturing it would be great to have you do a session where you go through all chakras and as you are doing that, weave in affirmations something on the order of “Things are going to be ok. You will be fine. You are loved. Things will get better. There is nothing you need to be doing right now. You are enough, exactly as you are. You are cared for. You are appreciated. “ affirmations like that. With your voice, it would sink deep.
It would even work to repeat some of these messages as needed. This could be even a relatively short session even 20 minutes to start or end the day. Or listen to any time . Just an idea for some day. I have been with your channel since the beginning. You are a blessing. You could read instructions from a lawn mower manual and it would help me feel that things are going to work out fine. Have a great week.
If your voice is usually already so relaxing, today that blue shirt/blouse extends to a whole new level the calmness and harmony the video component transmits. It transmits such a strong soothing effect... even more than I already new was possible from the previous sessions.
In a time I am getting immune to regular ASMR, your reiki/asmr videos are just what i have been needing to calm down on this insane era. Can't stop thanking MassageAsmr enough for sharing your channel with us.

I like the long vids, your voice is so nice im usually asleep within 10 minutes though
I didn’t talk much because I could never say what I meant and would trip on my words, so I hardly talked to anyone when I was young and would draw to communicate to others. I had a teacher that was really mad about all the drawings in one of my notebooks and made me throw it away because it was a distraction. They were right, but it still hurt. It took a long time before I would show anyone what I was drawing, which is a big part of me, so I was hiding from the world. Luckily I had parents that supported my a lot and gave me the confidence in being myself. What was said in this Reiki session was spot on what I needed. Please make a sequel video, it would be really appreciated

Jessica Wright It’s okay, the teacher was right in what she did, there were more drawings in my math book than math. Also my parents gave me the confidence to be myself and I eventually broke out of my shell. I am just amazed on how on point this Reiki session was to my past.
