Mid in my opinion. While it explores the innate human wonder of celestial beings (how I wonder what you are), it falls short in terms of musical merit. On the other hand, Baa Baa Black Sheep dives into the materialistic nature shown within all classes (one for the master one for the dame one for the little boy) doing so with the metaphor of a sheep.

You're actually so right about all of the atrocious interpolations this year. The fact that Lil Baby's god-awful Budweiser World Cup anthem and his "Stayin' Alive" interpolation with Drake didn't even make the cut here just goes to show how fucking far the suits took it this year

At least Lil Baby's anthem never saw the light that it wish it has gotten and it the very least Staying Alive can be fixed up on 4 easy steps: get rid of Khaled's vocals, make the beat way more lively, make Drake and Baby sing with more charisma and less autotune, and treat the sample with more care

The Bill of Rights as we know them are the first 10 amendments of the US Constitution. The fact that Leah Kate is a grown woman who just turned 30 and made a song that would be too childish even for a teenager to make is mind boggling. How she didn't see that was a terrible idea I will never know.
When I take age into consideration, it does make me wonder if the song is actually a Sarah Brand or Ame Bibabi-esque parody of a TikTok song. If that is somehow the case, it's a true ironic masterpiece.
Leah Kate is just the worst Olivia Rodrigo wannabe and has no personality whatsoever. And besides, her career is crashing on takeoff because of that song. She was becoming quite successful with “10 Things I Hate About You”, but the EP she released after TTLB has tanked hard.

Hell naw. I went to a 90s themed night and the band put effort into every song they played, even when it was silly stuff like "All Star". This band consisting of 4 grown, mostly bearded men launched into "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls, all of them getting a singing part, and it was just an incredible sight to behold.

The thing with I'm Good is that people DID ask for it. They posted a snippet of it on tik tok before it was released, showing them in the studio making it as a joke. The comments section was overflowing with people demanding that it be released asap
I don’t think this makes it a good song, but Will of the People by Muse is meant to be a parody of the Trumpers on Jan. 6th. Matt Bellamy has explained that it’s a faux-protest anthem. When they perform it live, they wear masks of a character that is meant to be the antagonist of the album. The song still sounds like shit, but it’s definitely self-aware.
That honestly makes it worse ngl.

I actually really enjoyed "Twenties," the theatricality of the song really worked for me and it was a standout track on that album. Don't typically listen to Ghost though so I understand it might not be for everyone.

To be honest it is the worst song from their latest album. The rest are much better, I often replay Kaisarion, Spillways and Call Me, they've grown on me quite a bit
tbf Twenties is one of the weakest songs on the album, but the album overall is pretty good. Hunter’s Moon and Spillways in particular are great
i kinda love doja by central cee lol. ik its stupid but it introduced me to the rest of his music and i genuinely think he deserves at least some of the attention hes getting from the track.
