How to easily remove foam from pond surface

Sometimes you wake up to a lot of foam on the surface of your pond. If your skimmer is working correctly you might not have to deal with this issue. But if you don't have a skimmer, this can be unsightly. So here's how I quickly and easily clean up this surface foam.
You will just need a water hose, and a dust pan.
