- Just after 7 in the morning October 10. A foggy morning and the city is just waking up.
A few early buses. A jogger. Somebody walking a dog. One or two cyclists.
It's all very quiet.

Autumn leaves are so beautiful !!!🍁🍂 Fantastic ! Thank you so much for sharing such a calm, beautiful morning in autumn in Sweden. Fog is lovely, too😊It is still warm here. (28C today)Please have a good week.
Thank you for your comment! I do hope you get to keep the warm weather . While I do like a cool, crisp autumn day I miss the warm summer weather. Stay safe and healthy! :)
Hi, lovely video, thanks. I wonder if I might ask you a question? We're an older couple planning to move to Vasterbottens Lan after New Year. Neither of us drive however! I was wondering if there are regular bus services between the outlying kommuns and Umea?
Happy to hear that you enjoyed the video and happy to see that you're planning to move here. Yes, there are regular bus services and you can get to most places fairly easy. To and from the larger towns near the coast (Umeå, Skellefteå) is no problem. If you go from one small town/village to another inland you might be stuck making a detour and change buses making a 2 hour drive by car take 4, 6, 8 hours by bus.
That said I'm 60 plus and have managed without a car for 20 odd years. :)
Here's the best photo/map of bus/train routes I could find. Might help you get a feel of how and where they go depending on where you're looking to move.

@@pergunnareriksson Per-Gunnar, thanks so much for your kind advice and help, it is very much appreciated. These links will be invaluable to us. We're looking forward to moving to your beautiful country (some parts of it remind me of my native Scottish Highlands) that I wish we could move tomorrow! The house selling process in your country is much simpler and quicker than here in Ireland. Thanks again, looking forward to the next video. :)
