As long as his work is up to code and legit he is free to charge what he wants. The problem is you encounter alot of people like this that charge these prices and cut corners to only be discovered years later.

Hey Keith I just did my first big job a few weeks ago and in the quote I told the client that in this area spraying weekly and before the fabric down I'd recommend because of how many weeds are around he said no that's fine now a few weeks later he's mad because a few flowers popped up and wants a refund and I've already came back to fix the problem now he's complaining that the tree I cut wasn't cut up in small enough pieces I feel like he's just trying to get his money back I never ignore clients but I think I'm this case I have to
