NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself.
For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response.
I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE.
@PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. Purchase date 5/12/2022. Dealer - Sai Electric, jaipur

Sir in future ke liye petrol gadi sahi hai ya electric vehicle sahi hai aur ine donon mein agar koi mechanical work sikhana chahie naya Banda to kya electrical sikhana chahie ya petrol wali gadi ka mechanic sikhana chahie bataen aur electrical vehicle pahadon ke liye success hai
The Same thing happened to me.
Last year I bought the same EV and now the i am facing problem with battery since last four months.
Even the service centre have refused to repair and closed their dealership with pure ev.
All services centres have closed in Pune and now company is saying that they are settling up a camp so there they will check my battery.

मुझे लगता है कि अभी ईवी स्कूटर का समय नहीं आया है....हर दूसरे व्हीकल में समस्याएं आ रही है और ईवी व्हीकल मालिक दुखी होकर वापस पेट्रोल इंजन की तरफ जा रहे हैं या फिर इस पर विचार कर रहे हैं....

Onwer ne kha November 2022 me liya to 1.5 saal kaise ho gaya enke anusar 1 saal hanimoon period tha lekin gadi ko leye 8se9 mahina hua hai totally confused onwar jo aadmi 4 wheelr se 2 wheels pe shift hoga usko sitting comfort 4wheel jaisa chahiy

It is Poor EV... Very Bad service.. My Battery is lying in Hyderabad for more than last 5 months, It is still under warranty... But theses people are asking for Rs 24000/- for repairing or Rs. 46000/- for replacement. Now there is no response from customer care no. Never buy Pure EV products.

Ola, Ather, Ampere sabhi bikes mein kuch na kuch service issue aathe rehthe Hein...abhi industry Naya hai tho sarkar ko kuch sakth kanoon lane chahiye jo in companies ko service behtar banaye. ....waise mere pass Pure EV bike hai abhi Tak koi khas problem nhi aayi hai ...same features mein dusre company ke bike 1.50-1.70 lacs ke mil rahe hein jisme sarkar ne inn top brands ke Subsidy bhi khatam kardi hai...bcz of misusing the FAME subsidy. Hope there are stricter regulations for e-bikes ....

I am using PURE EV PLUTO 7G on 6-12-2022 onwards. i am driven 25,000 km in 14 months, still no complaint. Best EV in 1 lakh budget. Rumours are spread by not used unknown persons.

Under warranty policy if you charger is not in working condition then charges will not be replaced charger will be repaired by company so you have to wait for 25 to 30 days, no charging means no running scooty

सही कहा 3 महीने हो चुक्के मेरी बैटरी अभी तक नही आई।। वारंटी में तो तुरंत बदल कर देनी चाहिए मगर साले pure ev वाले मेरी पुरानी बैटरी को ही ठीक करके देंगे बोल रहे।।पहले ही 4 5 वार करके दे चुके तो अभ क्यों पुरानी वाली से पंगे ले रहे,न्यू ही दे दो सालों😠😠😠😠
ईट्रांस नीयो 1 महीने में main MCB switch ख़राब हुआ,65 दिन के बाद चार्जर खराब हुआ, वारंटी में चार्जर 25 दिन के बाद मिला, 25 दिन तक स्कूटी धूल खाती रही, 2 महीने का बाद ही शॉक absorber से खड़ खड़ की आवाज़ आने लगी, चार्जर और शॉक अब्सोरबर खराब क्वालिटी का है
