I am also blessed to have my husband na nag encourage sakin to study again dahil alam niyang gusto ko talagang ipursue yung post grad education ko since it will help me restart my career. Kahit na he will have to put his own career aside to be with me and start again diyan sa Canada. Actually po yung fear ko is more for him dahil maganda na yung na establish niyang career dito sa PH but despite that, he is willing to gamble parin with me para sa dream ko and para sa son namin. Somehow it's an even bigger pressure sakin dahil I have to work extra hard for this to work out para naman hindi masayang lahat ng sacrifices niya for me. But I want to look at it as a good type of pressure para somehow maenjoy ko parin naman siya kahit mahirap hehe. Anyway, I'm looking forward po sa mga upcoming videos niyo pa and I'll keep your advises in mind. Thank you! 👌🏼🙏🏼

Just curious, for the same sized house in that block, how much is the premium for being a corner lot versus houses on that street that are in the middle. Would your house be worth x% more?
We have always lived on corner lot houses... it's a preference that my wife has for real estate. Some people love it and some people hate it but to be honest $ wise , we DONT feel that there is a premium .... it's just preference. In our neighborhood there are similar houses that sell for more AND less that is located in the middle.... I guess it all depends on what the buyer is looking for.
We are working hard po to guide our kids the right path so they can eventually build their own world. We hope with both Gods help and ours they can grow to be independent and not have to depend on anyone and be happy to live the life that they have .

Yes , houses here are extremely cheap like ours that's why there are soo many people from the GTA moving here especially now that the market is low. There is a whole brand new subdivision here that is 75% occupied by our east Indian brothers and sisters from the GTA .
