Today I managed to whack my head pretty hard and, while I am certain it is manageable at home, I almost certainly sustained a(bother) mild concussion. This gentle yoga helped me to feel better immediately and I plan to revisit later today if my brain starts hurting. Thank you, Paula. I am ever grateful to you.
