I bought a vibration plate from life pro and I use it to do light arm strength training and squats when I don’t feel like I have the energy for a full routine. I love my peloton too. I started Pvolve which is great but I need to be more accountable with that. I saw your video about the developing shopping addiction ;) I think I’m dealing with that too, but the vibration plate was a really good investment. It also helps me be regular if you want to research it.

I’m going to start off slow. I have a Cubi those mini bikes that you can sit down and pedal so I’m going to bet back to using that for now
