My father fought this battle with the California government for 20+ years as a chief representative for fire response in the state. He spent nearly 30 years in the fire service and met with some of the highest offices in the state. He had been warning the state legislature and many governors about this threat of fire for a long long time and gave many proposals to help prevent this; all shot down. In a bittersweet way, I feel vindicated, but I wish it hadn’t come to this. My whole family, 3 generations of public service, were driven out of the state because of these politicians. We were blackballed from employment in the state because egos were threatened. I see some familiar faces in this video partially responsible for it. I’m glad the citizens are waking up to their incompetence and their criminality.

I am fiscally conservative and a Trump supporter. Unfortunately I have lost friends and family because I support Trump and his common sense. I do think California is slowly changing but there are still on a lot of people stuck on stupid.
