It's actually pronounced "Es ..... Ka-Bar". I ran across Ethan Becker last year at Shot Show and he told me they named it that since it was a colaboration between Esee and Ka Bar. So, they decided to name it the "Es ... Ka-Bar" or Eskabar. I love the knife. I have 4 of them. One in each of my gloveboxes and one in each backpack! I love them!
@@Beaunage they just seem cheap and half done to me. Like someone was too cheap or lazy to bother putting a real handle on. But that's just my personal opinion on them. Functionally, they can work fine on many knives. I actually tend to prefer them on throwing knives, since they can't break with repeated impacts.

Not a fan of para chord handles. I would have to make a handle for it.
