GRIDMAN: SHINOBILAR & ANTI (GRIDKNIGHT SSSS.GRIDMAN)[シノビラー アンチ グリッドナイト 電光超人 グリッドマン](1993-2018)

Anti's kaiju form from SSSS.Gridman (2018) is based on Shinobilar from the original 1993 series. Both kaijus can talk, both were defeated by Gridman but would reappear multiple times with new attacks/abilities. The main difference is that Anti becomes a hero by the end of his series while Shinobilar dies for good in his third appearance.

新条アカネが作ったという設定を考えると怪獣に美学を持っているので喋りまくる怪獣というのは抵抗があるのでは無いのでしょうか、それに原作の方のグリッドマンでも喋る怪獣は少ないのでシノビラーのポジションにアンチがいるということでしょう。
