I adore Lagavulin and it will always be my favourite but I find the Lagavulin 12 (2023) grossly overpriced - $230 before taxes in Canada) and I am never a fan of Tequila cask finishing. I like this Lagavulin expression but I vastly prefer 12's in years before this one. I have heard it does nothing at all to turn the bottle to each side! Michter's is okay - I prefer 100% higher ABV Ryes to sip on! Also at least where I live Michter's is very overpriced. Not worth it. Cheers!
