he only got rocked on loaded shots which is normal. weight cut affects it but the way izzy loaded those shots and the accuracy on the chin by nature will rock almost anyone

Get the W or take the L, the money from the rematch is guaranteed, then move up if Alex is defeated in the trilogy. The UFC doesn't want Alex as the champion in weight division and that's fine, but grab as much money while you're there.

Pereira has a fight where he almost gets stopped early in the first bout and rallies through being dominated to get a tko and then gets slept worse than he ever has in the rematch in the second round. It makes sense for the champ who’s defended his title multiple times to get a rematch, it makes 0 sense for a champion to get a rematch after losing brutally in their first title defense

@@Nickoredd His last fight with Whitaker was boring. Whitaker was clearly spooked after their first fight and didn’t take any risk at all. Adesanya as usual didn’t take any initiative and fought him at range. The same thing is gonna happen if they fight again.
Honestly this fight with Pereira was the best Izzy has looked in a while. He actually pressured and tried to put hands on Pereira instead of fighting at range. Now that Pereira is out of the way for now, we’ll go back to seeing the standard Adesanya Jab and leg kicks decisions.
I feel sorry for Izzy, being transracial and bullied. He now feels the need to literally target children, because children "bullied" him.. Thank you Grandmaster for showing the way, we can all learn to be more insecure from Izzy.
