    Salon owners need to remain business owners. You can't back down on your pricing.
    - Build more value in your services, so you can charge more. The quality of customer service is HUGE for being a premium company.
    - Real value > perceived value > price > cost.
    - Believe in what you provide, and people will too.
    I REFUSE to participate in a failing or challenging economy. You create your economy with your clients.
    The beauty undustry needs to take itself seriously.
    If the venue doesn't care, the clientele won't either.
    No matter the economy, *someone* is making the money.
    Double down on your sales and marketing when the storm hits. Invest more, not less.
