I bought the ekol botan top firing gun. Can i remove the orange plug? Would the gun cycle normally and locks back after the last round?

Hi there, if your gun is top firing and the end of your barrel is completely sealed off you can remove the orange tip. It should not ruin your cycling process because the gasses from the bang are going from the top of the gun, not the barrel. However, keep in mind that some certain countries have laws about blank guns, regarding the orange tip that shows the gun is actualy not a real gun, so make sure you won't have any problems after that.

did you fire gas ammo out of this gun,does the shorter barrel effects the expansion of the gas?

Shorter barrel doesn't affect the gas spread at all. Almost all blank
guns (including this one) have compensator at the end (a small ring that
is screwed to the end of the barrel) and that's why the end of the
barrel is almost the same diameter in all guns. So the gas will spread
almost the same way with all gas guns.

Where is the pistol hole in the muzzle, on top of the barrel or in the barrel?

it is front firing gun, so the hole is at the end of the barrel.

I was just wondering did you buy this or have this shipped to the US or in the US and apparently since this has the flare adapter it is the front fire which means it has the orange tip not the plugged Barrel

We don'\t have the same regulations as you do. We have no orange caps etc, but we also are almost impossible to get a real firearm, so blank guns are very popular.

Wouldn’t recommend it with this version use converted pak or a smaller round if you wanna use bigger rounds move to zoraki
