The thing I don't like is the neckband because it is stiff and is not flexible! So while keeping it in a bag or something it might create issues!

Yes, it supports dual connectivity but my Level U2 somehow disconnects before connecting to, say, a second mobile device.

Samsung Level U2 worst bluetooth earphones. Bad sound quality and causes ear pain. My money gone to waste. Samsung should stop selling this. Not sure why many local shops are selling this in the name of Samsung Brand.
Better go for One plus neckband earphones which are far better.
