This has to be one of the most underrated channels out there. Your megalos are really good, almost as good as Iamaboss0's, which is saying quite a something.
man you've definitely done better than me: earned a sub. [+] better mixing [+] doesn't seem like a mash-ups of different flp's [++] more orginality [+] more sound effects [+] better break drums at the minigame part + didn't change the bpm to 210 (like i did) [+] better basslines (my favorite) [=] shreddage is panned a bit far to the left [-] there were times after the minigame part, there's weird high shred panned to the right, which sounds filtered. Verdict: ultimate checkmark out of z10 (if you get this reference you're a god) but i do want to clarify why i did what i did: -the other distrusts I found (specifically the ones by: Zeroh, Fazzy, and Nox) were hard to transcribe so i settled with what i had (since flp's of phase 3 distrust are rare) -i just took flps and mashed them together, because my skills at that time were piss -and also i didn't know there were legacy distrust motifs i should use -same thing with the alphys, i used shad3's alphys thing. -i didn't have the intention of making it fit in, mostly because i can't replicate (harmony's) style. I had the intention of being the first of doing it. soo -that time i was a user of random motifs, especially with that lunar abyss motif in mine. tl;dr: lol i was spamming random stuff Conclusion: I could be discouraged from this, or encouraged idk. But so far from the 4 versions (including mine), this has to be the best one. -tho i wished you could've added a drum vst underlaying the sampled ones- expect a remaster soon. -though probably wont be better than this.- Edit: could i contact you in discord if you have :trol:

[=] I don't think the mixing is better to be honest, perhaps in some sections it is but overall I think your mixing is superior(Not sure if I'm being harsh on myself but whatever, this is rather old and I could've done some things better). [=] I did use the FLP of EotMO obviously, and I did take like 3 samples from the flps credited, but overall I tried to replicated Harmony's style (which I kinda did and didn't I guess) [=] Eh, I guess? Well I once again tried to replicate the style of ASCE, including it's arrangement of motifs and such, I guess there was improvisations but overall I wouldn't say it's that original. [=] Once again, replicating the arrangement of ASCE, well it worked out cause Eh Eh Eh's original BPM wasn't too far off so it didn't sound weird. (Fun Fact: I accidentally used the wrong instrument for the FRET NOT HUMAN, FOR I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS! motif, which is funny as heck, I wanted to use a clav, but accidentally forgot to change it.) [=] Honestly preference but thanks.(Well everything is subjective) [-] Yeah, I had no idea what I was doing when I made this, or anything before it. Only recently after practicing with a cover attempt and taking ADHD meds that I can now say with more confidence, I have a better grasp. [-] Once again, I don't know what the heck I was thinking, but I agree, it's rather off. Oh well. Verdict: I ain't god, this was old as heck and I had 0 clue on what I was doing at the time. In my previously mentioned practice cover, I literally threw in Saster's motif when it wasn't necessary. Conclusion: You've improved as a musician honestly. You should not feel discouraged but work hard on your remaster :) I have high hopes for it and I genuinely hope it'd be better than this Phase 4 attempt thing. Being somewhat observant helps I guess: The practice cover is just STDD, well I guess it's because it's probably my all time favourite au song, anyway it was made for practice and I'm to embarrassed to post it, it's not that great anyway. I do a lot of things on whims and boredom, like Recalled Knowledge but eh. In a way, I'm here because of several whims. However tis' too long and boring to talk about. Extra notes lol: --Instead of seeing it as a change of pace, see it as a "faster section" of a song, something like a faster verse. I guess a good comparison would be Megalovania's kinda slow Overdriven Section, and quite literally the section before it. Same tempo, one feels slower, one feels faster.
