Greedy corporate bullshit but all that matters to them is the bottom dollar. How many times the manifests are wrong with missing items but they are allowed the mistakes. Customers get screwed daily by this company all over the country. I do think that $200 is a good amount of money but is it really worth the hassle to you overall? Your mental and physical health mean more than a dollar amount. How much time has this taken up in your mind ? Now making a video and speaking with management? You fought the good fight but time to move one. You can always pay the fine and go back to buying pallets but maybe be pickier about the loads and less friendly with these people and company. After all, they can't really do anything to help you so why help them by making their job easier. I don't think you will see those Target pallets from 2022 again. That was all the extra loads ordered during Covid.

Hello - yes - wow I agree almost 100% with you - sucks when you can't reason with people . I need them in some ways because they are so close and don't want to be so pig headed I hurt my future opportunities. I wish I could get enough views sharing my story that I could earn some money towards the $200 fine and move on. So there is several reasons I made this - one to highlight the ups and downs of buying pallets & my experience. maybe I'll get lucky enough to get more views and maybe the ceo of the company would see this and say hey that rule "once in a lifetime is really unfair:. Thanks for watching and commenting - much appreciated.

Have you tried PA auction pallet auctions? I don't buy pallets but it's a good auction overall.

I look at it this way, just like eBay auctions, if someone don’t pay by the time allowed us sellers get really upset. It’s your fault you didn’t pay in time and the $200 fee is the result. You will as always land on your feet buddy. An entrepreneur like yourself will always find a way

If there product isn't so good that you wanted to immediately pay the fine so you could continue buying there then maybe it wasn't worth buying in the first place. Just some food for thought. I do understand your aggravation though.

You may have to pay that $200.fee To get your account back. If you still want to do business with them. But I wouldn't feel so bad. Later down the road. Put some claims in You know where I'm going with this 😜😜
